This company isn't even a 1 star its a joke an Amazon should kick them off there site i ordered fallout 3 for xbox 360 jus got my order an the game case was busted up not that big of a deal but then pulled the game out an it looks like a dogs tooth print on it not happy at all will not be ordering through this company or Amazon again
I ordered a book from this place off of amazon. I was going to give them three stars, because of the extremely fast shipping (it arrived a day before the expected date), But I took one star away because the book had seven(7) pages ripped from it, and when I sent an email and called them about it, they didn't even bother answering back.
I bought a used book from them through Amazon. I had purchased a series of books and only 1 came from this store due to Amazon not having it in stock. The book arrived with 5 others books but was the only one with bent and torn pages and dirt and what appeared to be food smudges all over, which I wouldn't consider "good" condition, in fact I would consider it very poor condition, but wouldn't stop me from reading it either. The problem came when I sat down to read it I quickly... about 3 words in... realized they had the wrong book in the sleeve. Turns out the book they sent me is a book from earlier in the series and had been put in a book cover for the book I thought I bought. Only saving factor is that I bought through Amazon so they are letting me return it so I can actually buy the book I need... not a book I already have. For a company that deals in books I think I'd expect a little bit more thoroughness. I now get to return this book and wait for the correct book so I can continue the series. I understand mistakes happen but I definitely won't buy from this company ever again simply for the condition of the book. They advertised it as good condition which was far from the truth. Very disappointed all around.
Still waiting for a book I ordered. They shipped it by DHL one of the most unreliable shippers around.
Ordered a dvd from this place on Amazon, saying it got lost in the mail, which just makes it more unbelievable that a company like this won't take responsibility for a lost item, and when i send them a message, i get the " We will see if we have another one in stock or give you a refund" runaround. I already contacted Amazon, and they have issued a refund, and i will not be doing business with this company no longer.
I ordered Second Hand Lions on DVD It arrived today. I give this company 5 Stars.
Worst company to deal with they sent a dvd with the wrong dvd inside of cover,no answer,no answer to email ,how do they do business like this,my poor granson was so disappointed,not even a response,never again...
I gave it a star because otherwise the system won't allow me to post a review, but this is definitely a -5 star! This business is a joke! I ordered two books from them. The first order was cancelled because they did not have it in stock after being advertised for so cheap. Then the second book was magically lost in the mail. I tried to contact them requesting a tracking # and the name of the company with whom the shipped the book. It took them a week to reply and they told me there was no tracking # and they didn't tell me what company they shipped it with. You ship something and you don't get a tracking number? Total joke!
This place is a joke. Ordered something been playing "email tag" with them. oh its probably lost in the mail we can try to find another one or send you a full refund. I paid with not only a gift card from a company but a credit card now i feel i'm going to be out 13 bucks. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They don't even deserve a 1 start rating.
Wish I would've read the reviews before I ordered a book from here. It's been almost a month since I ordered a book and nothing has happened. It's ridiculous, the only good side being that the book was very cheap and I paid for it with a gift card, so no money was lost. I would only recommend this place to someone I hate.
Couldn't give a zero or I would. Ordered a lecture series on London. They sent only part two and it was incomplete. I left a VM and I hope to hear back. I blame Amazon also as these people should not be on their site. Too many other options...pick one!
