It seems like leaving comments don't mean anything. The same workers are still there. They promised a call back within two days. Promised never kept I have to chase them down. They don't ever answer the phone. They don't seem to realize there dealing with people's lives. They do not care what so ever. We need workers who care! Attitude is so RUDE.

I don't understand what all the complaints and mishap reviews are about? My experience was quite the opposite. Everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful, informative, and nice. I arrived there a half hour after opening and was greeted by their two security guards on site. The location has all the resources you need. I had all my questions answered and walked out feeling good. Thanks!

I am an employer and was very disappointed with the poor quality of service this location provided me. The employees at this location are very rude. I would never do business with the again.

I suppose those who were unhappy got their wishes granted. According to the sign, this location closed permanently on March 15, 2018. The "Ides of March" reached the Swats. 🤣🤣🤣! Another Roman has left the village. Smh. I honestly see it as a loss to the residents that may need it in the future. They'll have to go to either Phoenix Blvd or Courtland St. 2 tier loss if they're on the bus or need parking. However, the need will obviously decrease with the transitioning of the neighborhood to a senior friendly area. Atlanta is really changing it's landscape to be even more segregated. Sad to watch. Communities are becoming less and less like communities & more like shopping areas with homes nearby.

There was no experience because as I found out after going the office has moved to Courtland Street downtown Atlanta website needs to be updated to reflect correct location
