Love this organization, they do a lot to help the community. I appreciate all their hard work.

Had everything preparer and ready for a renewal turned out that "they did didn't catch it sooner " that I was above some poverty level I honestly don't know what the hell that matters in a nutshell they just wasted my time and had my hopes up , I don't recommend them

It took a while, due to the major amount of people filling up request forms to get their documents in line, but we made it. We are officially legal to be and stay here, so, thank you. I know there is more of us than the people working in there.. also, there is just so much you can control when you have to rely on another department to make things work =/ but it is possible. And I thank you for your part.

I believe these people get money just for carrying the name "latin american association." They are absolutely useless. They could care less about people needs and problems. They do not even deserve 1 star.

What's the purpose of having a number to call your business when NO ONE answers the phone?! ¿Para que tener número de teléfono cuando NADIEN contesta el teléfono?!

Some of the employees are stuck up with egos too high for themselves that make them unapproachable. For heavens sake pick up the phone.

I tried to apply for vawa law through JESSICA HAND but she doesn't help us immigrants. I gave all the proves to it and she kept saying wasn't enough (probably too lazy) I don't recommend them. I was full of hope. But instead of helping they ruin your dreams.
