He received his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine in 1977 and completed his residency at the Kaiser Foundation Hospital Los Angeles and the National Jewish Center for Immunology and Respiratory Medicine prior to founding Allergy and Asthma Center.

Great Doctor! I had an allergic reaction and asthma to a new pet (cat) and went to several doctors that prescribed medications that did not work for me. Finally after 3 months I found Dr. Andrew Lozano who got my asthma under control. Currently under treatment but already feeling better than before, he listens and most times will give you the medicine so you don't have to spend money on pharmacy. The staff is great as well and have never had to wait too long to be seen. Wonderful experience so far!
