I would not recommend going to this practice for serious issues. I had to call about 4 times to get my prescription refill request through. After the first call, they left a message saying they called my pharmacy and put the refill request in. But when I called the pharmacy they said I had no refills available. Why bother lying that you did something when it’s easy to verify you didn’t? The same thing happened again 2 days later when I called the practice to ask about the request. They said they’ll put it in and didn’t when I called my pharmacy later to check when I could pick up the medication. When my pharmacy would send the request to them, they would deny it and I would get a call back from the pharmacy saying the doctor denied the refill. After I called the fourth time, they put me on hold and eventually hung up on. I got a call from my pharmacy later saying part of my prescription is ready. They couldn’t even get the prescription right after all this... I would never trust a practice like this again and would recommend thinking twice before choosing them if you want someone serious to look at your health issues.

I have been to a lot of doctors. And I mean a lot. I have had severe eczema for over a year and never received the help and bedside manner I received from Dr. Turner, Terra and Nellie. They were so nice and are finally getting me the medicine I need. Apparently they are the best in the nation for getting my drug approved and the copay approved. I cannot express how much I recommend Dr. Turner and her staff. I barely waited, was taken seriously, and received the help I needed.

The office is aesthetically appealing. Very friendly staff. Minimal wait time. I am a Registered Nurse and I understand how important our time is. Terra Sharp-Escamilla took time out of her work day to listen to my concerns and discuss different options with me. I truly appreciated that. She made me feel like I was in the comforts of my own home. I will definitely be back.

I am not one to write reviews, but there are those few times where you feel the tug on your heart to say or do something because a person or group of people have touched your life in a special way. And, this is one of those times and Dr. Turner's office is that group of people. I have been able to experience both the Dermatology side and the Aesthetic side at Dr. Turner's office. Having been in the medical field for over 20 years, you get very picky with who you allow to take care of you. Even then I have made mistakes, but Dr. Turner's office is where I stopped. I have never experienced a team so thorough and so diverse in skill sets than what I have seen at Dr. Turner's office. To be fair, I have so many positive things to say about this office from a Dermatology and Aesthetic perspective that you would tire of reading it, and I would have to pause with a... because I had to retire for the evening. What I will leave you with is that if you are looking to fight the aging process with their Aesthetic procedures, or you need the greatest of care on the Dermatology side, you can end your search, because you have landed at the right office. Dr. Turner, Terra, Rebecca, and Lauren, please accept my greatest thanks for everything you have done for me. I hope you don't mind me shouting out your names, but I want everyone to know who to ask for when they contact your office to experience the same genuine care that I have received every time I was there. I went to see Dr. Turner because I'm still dealing with bad acne as an adult and I needed help! She was very nice and informative as well as her assistant. I got a lot of good information and advice. Definitely recommend.

I have been to a number of doctors lately. Dr. Turner Dermatology Office has been the best by far with each person from the front desk, nurses and Dr. Turner. Pleasant phone calls and reminders, clear instructions, plan within my budget and even time with the doctor herself. I believe they not only have the highest skills and technology but also deliver with compassion. Thank you so much for taking care of me.

My experience with this office has been fantastic. I was diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma after getting a full body scan. It was a small spot and I was not overly worried, but still concerned. Dr. Turner and her team took great care of me, explained the entire process of removal, and the surgery I elected went off without a hitch. Her nursing staff is always friendly and makes you feel at ease. My soon to be scar is healing nicely and I now always wear sunscreen!

Dr. Turner was really thorough during my first visit and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She was also very kind and courteous. I have never been to a dermatologist that provides a full body exam in the initial visit to document any issues/concerns that they may have, in order to address any future changes, and I think that is a wonderful service to provide to patients. Extremely satisfied with my visit!

What a great office. The staff is incredible and Dr Ellen is awesome. She helped me with a skin discoloration on back. I can’t wait for my next visit. You could spend a small fortune on all the great products they sell.

Dr. Turner is the best dermatologist. Her staff is very friendly and always greets me with a smile. Terra was most helpful today with giving me the options and details for my next visit. Everyone is so professional and pleasant. I am always seen on time! Thanks a lot Dr Turner for you and your staff making me feel welcome!
