Dr. Janet Vafaie was born in a small suburb in Ohio and was virtually raised in her father's pediatric clinic. From a young age, she learned medicine by observing her father's sincerity, hard work, respect, and compassion for his patients. Dr. Vafaie completed a prestigious seven-year BA/MD program at The George Washington University School of Medicine in 2003. She then pursued her internship, residency, and fellowship at UC Irvine, NYMC, and UMDNJ. Dr. Vafaie has been practicing dermatology in Westwood/Beverly Hills, and Malibu and since 2008.

Botox is tricky I went to Dr. Vafaie for my eleven lines . I didn't want to look fake the results took two wks fully but no droop and I look amazing . I'm also loving her skin care line esp the retinol !!!! She's the best in Los Angeles!

I would highly recommend Dr. Vafaie if you live in the Los Angeles area. She is extremely knowledgeable and if you make an appointment with her, you will see. I am a fair skinned person and unfortunately I was born with lots of freckles. I have seen various Doctors in the past and it just seemed that they always wanted to rush through the appointment. My experience with Dr. Vafaie was much more comprehensive. She spent so much time examining the skin of my entire body, including my scalp. I definitely plan to return to her office for future examinations.
What can I say... Dr Vafaie... if you have a basic problem you can probably spare yourself the bucks but she's top notch and I would skimp on MY face. I'm an actor and model and would only go to the best !!!!!! She's talented look at her skin!

Best dermatologist and skin cancer / mohs surgeon in los angeles. She treats my family for skin cancer and theres never been a recurrence in ten years and no scar. Also she has the best vitamin c cream thanks DR!
