Spend your money on personal trainer and proper diet!!! My wife has been going to Grossman for couple years now for facial treatments. Overtime she has build a relationship with the clinic and the staff. They offered her Cool Sculpting. Do not fall for this scam. My wife convinced me to try Cool Sculpting as well. We both had a consultation at Grossman a month before our wedding. We are both pretty active and exercise on regular basis i.e. yoga & crossfit. I am 6.1 and weight around 180 pounds. My wife is 5.7 and weight 130 pounds. The body fat around the abdominal area was the main area of focus with Cool Sculpting. We were sold on the package after they measured us and provided multiple pictures with supposedly previous results of passed clients. The promises were pretty impressive. They claimed to reduce the body fat around the belly area where we would visibly be able to tell the difference. (Although the contract states 20%). The procedure costs us $4,500. They train their aesthetician to be very good sales people. "We guarantee results. You are the perfect candidate for this procedures. This is a perfect gift to yourself before your wedding. You will be in love with the results" Blah Blah Blah... We preformed the procedure and they told us to wait 4-8 weeks. On the 7th week we inquired about our results and both of us noticed a significant amount of swelling. When we arrived at Grossman to retake the pictures the original sales rep who sold us on the packages was gone. We requested to see her but they said that she quit in pursue of better opportunities. Okay! Once we retook the pictures with a completely different lighting and different camera we were advised to wait for the manager to review the pictures. The new aesthetician flat out told me that she doesn't see any results in my abdominal area but can notice a slight reduction of body fat on my wife's pictures. The manager came in with a lot of attitude. No acknowledgement or respect for the patients... She reviewed before and after pictures and proceeded to argue about Cool Sculpting only working on particular body type and only reduced "up to 20% of body fat". The key word is "Up To". They didn't offer any compensation or alternative services. "Read your contract", she said. Here is the bottom line if your are praying on patients that are ready to spend this money on the procedure that doesn't work and your are overselling you will eventually loose clients and business. My advise to anyone trying Cool Sculpting to invest money in your real health, diet & exercise. Bottom line Cool Sculpting is design to up sell you over and over and over before you conclude that its a Scam.

Doesn't deserve 1 star- horrible experience. Everyone acts as if they know all and don't listen or care about clients concerns - One assistant actually said she didn't even understand why they assigned me to her. Talk about unprofessional. Also - if something goes wrong - it is all the clients fault - Horrible ! It was supposed to be a scar revision on my nose, he did not listen when I brought up concerns - just accusations - found a professional Dr. that is very helpful. I had a nice budget set up for services at Grossman - glad I just walked away!

If you’re thinking of going under the knife, you have to meet with Dr. Grossman before you make any decisions. Awesome guy and staff. Couldn’t be happier with my results.

My facelift did not work. All the pain and money and time to heal! At my age, time is the most precious thing. The jawline is saggy, the midface the same or worse. The neck is loose. Dr Grossman admitted it was a failure. He offered to revise the procedure in the exam room without anesthesia. He stated there might be "screaming". I think there is a reason people retire at 65. The doctor is almost 80 years old(?!) You should be aware of this. While I am grateful he offered a revision......there's an old expression about "fool me twice, shame on me" I asked the manager of the practice to call me back regarding another possible solution, but she has ignored my calls for 3 months.

Dr. Grossman performed a cosmetic procedure on our young daughter to correct deformities that she was born with on both of her ears. My husband and I had many doubts going into her consultation, seeing as the procedure was strictly cosmetic and she was only a year old. Every person we encountered at the office, from the front desk ladies, to the sweet nurses, to Dr. Grossman himself, put our minds at ease and made the whole process streamlined and worry free. Dr Grossman is confident in his wide scope of abilities and spoke to us both as a Doctor, but also as a parent, which I really appreciated. Above all, the outcome of the surgery is better than we could have expected! Thank you to Dr. Grossman and his passionate staff for everything you have done for us. I look forward to returning to the office in the future for some work of my own!
