This was by far one of my most disappointing experiences ever and it’s ashame because I was really excited about it. I went in for an umbilicoplasty consultation and Dr. Schulman was HORRIBLE. He was so rude and arrogant I decided not to move forward with him just on principle. I’ve lost a lot of weight due to other issues and have been extremely self-conscious about it and he flat out made reference to me being “soooooo skinny” Then he insisted I wasn’t going to get the results I wanted without us even discussing my objectives. He naturally assumed I wanted a deep innie belly button which by far wasn’t the case but neither here nor there. I wish I could take this complaint further because nobody should’ve treated in the way I was... absolutely unacceptable. There are plenty other doctors with far better attitudes so pass on this hole in one.

Finding the right surgeon takes up a lot of time and research. I had a few in mind, however Dr. Schulman’s work stood out impressively and decided to consult with him first. To my shock, the next availability for consultation was 3 months away (I called during the summer)! It was discouraging at first, but I thought the long wait meant the man’s talent was high in demand. In the meantime, Dr. Schulman’s social media pics and videos kept me intrigued and educated. Since I had plastic surgery in the past, I anticipated the typical cut and dry, quick consult experience. Thankfully, Dr. Schulman was nothing like I expected. Asides from his professional and respectful manner, he was pretty laid back, which made me feel comfortable to talk to him. He asked me what my expectations were and told me the reality of that expectation. He spent adequate time to answer my list of questions. I was very well pleased with the consult, I booked the surgery asap. I was nervous the day of my surgery, but Dr. Schulman and his team were super nice and understanding, especially the pre-op nurse. He warned me about what to expect within the next days to months and he was absolutely right on point! I am 3 months post recovery and I love my body again. My confidence is back to 100 and overall feel great! I have NO REGRETS choosing him for my plastic surgery, he’s definitely WORTH IT!

I went to see Dr. Schulman several years ago for a tummy tuck, but could not get the procedure done due to personal problems. I felt so very comfortable with Dr. Schulman. He listened carefully to what I had to say and he answered all my questions in a very prosessional and polite way. And although I'm a very shy person, I felt that I was in the right place with the perfect doctor, I felt very comfortable. He took the time to evaluate me and was never rude or disrespectful. I found him to be humble and understanding, he sure knows what he was talking about. I am planning to go see him very soon for a necklift. And this time, I will make sure, I have no obstacles and have my surgery done. Thanks in advance, Doctor Schulman ... I will see you soon !

Have been going for years. First it was for little things like botox and recently I had my first surgery. I am happy with the results and equally happy with Dr. Shulman also. All his awards are very well deserved.

I've been following Dr. Schulman for about 6 mos. On Snap Chat. Love the fact he explains procedures in details the pros and cons of any procedure. I was a nervous wreck before calling, finally had the courage to schedule for consult. Had my consult today as soon as you walk in staff greet you and make you feel comfortable. Once I met Dr. Schulman very professional def. I was alot more relaxed, consult was GREAT. Alot of important detailed information. I'm very excited to my upcoming procedures. 😊🤗

I found the staff pleasant and the doctor equally as pleasant and knowledgeable. I will have my operation in about 6 weeks and will update you then. I am sure things will be as good as I expect.

I had a BBL done with Dr. Schulman and his team about 7 weeks ago. I am active duty military and just wanted to feel better with my body. Although the recovery was rougher than I imagined, choosing Dr. Schulman as my surgeon was the absolute best decision I've made, no doubt about it. I thoroughly researched other board certified surgeons and after going in to several consultations, I knew Dr. Schulman was the one. He explained to me exactly what he was going to do and what to expect after the procedure. I was able to assess quickly that he does quality over quantity compared to other plastic surgeons. The day of the procedure, the entire staff that assisted Dr. Schulman in the operating room, to include the anesthesiologist, came to see me prior and introduce themselves to me. It was very comforting to meet the people that were taking care of me during such an extensive procedure. After the surgery, I did everything Dr. Schulman asked me to do as far as post-op care and my results are truly amazing! I'm currently 7 weeks post-op, I'm still a little swollen but I already look amazing and so much more confident about myself. I get compliments from people all the time. I've gotten compliments from nurses and doctors saying that what Dr. Schulman did on me is truly amazing and that he is very good at was he does. I've also received compliments from women that have had the same procedure done on them but complain that their results don't look as natural as mine. I could not be happier with my body. I love my results and can't wait for all the swelling to go down to see the final product! I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Schulman as a plastic surgeon. I can't wait to have my surgery by Dr schulman, I've waited. Almost 5 yrs for this , he is the only surgeon I want to do my fat transfer. It's worth the money

I wish I could give a 0, based on my experience with this practice, I feel it’s essential to warn others that go for a consultation. I waited ~40 mins to see this doctor. I tried hard not to be upset, even though I know if it was reciprocated, my appointment would be cancelled. When the doctor walked in, his bedside manner was nothing short of crude. I wondered if he thought he was doing me a favor and totally forgot that this was a PAID visit. To top it all off, he told me that he does not perform the type of procedure that I wanted and recommended something else (I was in total shock). I felt like this was a quick way for him to make money and certainly done in poor taste. I'm not sure how anyone would get around this situation as I confirmed with the front desk prior to scheduling the appointment. MY (RESOURCES - TIME AND MONEY) ARE ALSO IMPORTANT. Maybe get confirmation in writing that they provide the procedure?? The follow up after the complaint was also handled very poorly.

Dr. Schulman was wonderful. I had a consultation with him for several months ago, which I drove to from KY. He couldn’t have been any friendlier and helpful. I scheduled my surgery. And couldn’t have been more excited. Unfortunately, due to my own issue, I ended up not being able to go through with it at this time which is super disappointing. But once I am able, I certainly plan to call him again and hope I can get in again. The staff was also helpful and nice and I very much appreciate it. Have a good day!
