Furniture rental is very easy
PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS STORE!!!! TREVOR AND TONEY ARE THE MOST NASTIEST PEOPLE.THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL...THEY STEAL CUSTOMERS MONEY THROUGH LATE FEES,EVEN IF YOUR NOT LATE ON YOUR PAYMENT...THEY WILL ROB YOU WITHOUT A GUN...PLEASE,IM WARNING WHOMEVER TO TAKE THEIR MONEY ELSE WHERE...THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS.
This store have very poor service...all their furniture tear up and they do not makes the repairs like permission.. this company use to be real good now it sucks.I really don't give they store a 1 star more like non. I received a ugly watch for finishing out my payment and the sucker broke when I tried to put it on smdh.. Tony..bud... sandy..Chris...they all sucks and all the delivery are some drunks..

It's OK to rent from easy rental but I will never rent from them again they constancely call your phone they don't give u time to call them an come in to make your payment
The people in this store are very unprofessional. They are all nice when they are trying to get your money but if a problem arise they are not helpful after taking your money. They clearly stated if we changed our minds we could pick up where we left off. We only had the product for three days and they still have all our money. Please stay away from this store. Very very unprofessional and they are theives

I came into this location as a window shopper looking for a living room set as I just moved into my new spot. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by two employees sitting at the front counter and I immediately felt welcome as they made jokes but still tried to get me to rent their merchandise. I will definitely be back to see them once I am settled in completely. The experience was pleasant and fun!
Unprofessional and clearly some functional drunks. The employee's are very pleasant and answer all your questions until you sign your name on the line....Not clear on payment price changes etc and nothing seems to be on paper ,until your late on the payment. Sandy and Tony have been AROUND for awhile so they should see this store has went down.. Delivery guys play all day LITERALLY . Furniture and applicances have been in and out every neighborhood in the city..Waste of time and money but I guess as long as quota is met they dont care.Its a better more cost effective way people use your resources and put these and any other rental company as such out of buisness.....
Very rude never will I buy from here again
