Do not get their financing. Their financing company, Synchrony, is the worst company I have ever dealt with. There was an error in their system about me and I couldn't set up an online payment. I had to call them and oh what a nightmare! I ended up having to google how to actually reach a person because dialing 0 and the menu options did not work.

Great customer service! The young man waiting on me had great patience because he waited for my girlfriend and I couldn't decide between two colors of grey. We took the two samples outside and to different parts of the store and put them against different colors of wood and rugs to make sure that it was the color we wanted. And he was by our side answering any question we had. And he had a good sense of humor to put up with my dumb jokes.

No one approached me to ask if I needed anything. No one! I guess they think that a 30-something walking in wearing jeans and a t-shirt can't afford their stupid high prices. Oh well, their loss.

BEWARE! We purchased a floor model kitchen table, and that was fine. In the store it looked great, was stable and in great condition. The day it was delivered, they were almost 2 hours PAST the delivery window they gave us. Before the drivers pulled out of the drive we had called customer service to report that the table was very unstable, had been severely scratched and they put the very heavy glass top down without taking the stickers off and they were between the glass and the leg so we couldn't get it off. They said they would escalate it and get it fixed. Over a week later one guy shows up in the morning with a replacement leg and says the guys to do the repairs will be here later. They were scheduled to be here between 10am and noon. They showed up at 1:30pm with the chairs that had to be repaired but they were not scheduled to fix the table nor did they have the tools. Now Havertys is telling us there is nothing they can do because it is a floor sample and was sold in "as is" condition. So... IF you decide to purchase from them... first... BE WARNED. And second... DO NOT purchase a floor model regardless of the promises they make to you!!!

My husband and I were not having the best of luck finding a new couch. We had some horrible experiences at other furniture stores, so I was weary when my husband suggested we visit Haverty's. However, the service we received was OUTSTANDING. Joel Diamond was patient, kind, knowledgable, and did not pressure or hover us in the slightest. We could not be happier with our experience and we are very excited to received the couch we purchased. Thank you Joel for making everything easy and fun. We greatly appreciate your customer service.

I was a return customer of Haverty's having previously purchased sectional 8 years ago. I decided to return, AND WILL NEVER AGAIN! I ordered a custom couch/pillows on 01/13/18. When it was delivered, the custom pillows did not arrive. I spent hours and have 23 phone calls with the Haverty's sales person, store managers, and customer services dept. documented through 04/02/18. After the pillows were FINALLY made & shipped to the warehouse, they wanted me to take off work again for the delivery people to 'install my pillows'! After refusing to spend another minute of my time they were finally sent via FedEx on 04/04/18. The whole experience was a huge waste of time & no compensation or discount was ever offered. Just one incompentent person after another!

Bob Seamon did a great job! He was very knowledgeable about all the inventory and did a great job of pairing different pieces together. Highly recommend you stop by if you're looking for furniture.
