Great buying experience. So much better than any of the other dealerships. Very similar experience to a car max experience. The staff are super friendly and very low pressure. They gave us a great deal on our Mini Cooper and helped out my sister in-law a lot with her trade in. The shop guys were great getting quick windshield replacement and brake work done. Only reason it’s not a 5-star is because 1: the back office that does the paperwork and temp plates are extremely slow and not the sharpest tools. The lady wasn’t sure why things were not going through for plates and title (car was paid in full at time of sale). The main office wasn’t most helpful either. 2: they did away with car wash which was a big bonus selling point. What the heck? I understand you have to limit the “unlimited” car wash but not to do away with it completely. All in all great place to buy a car. Highly recommend.

I had the best car buying experience ever! There was no haggling or pressure.The sales staff get paid the same if they sell 1 car or 10.Bret was an excellent guide through the process. He and Justin knew the answer to every question about the car buying process and also about my very high tech car. I would send everyone who needs to buy a car to this dealership. They would be happy that they went.

Great experience at this place. Super easy process lots of options. Anthony H helped us out getting two vehicles and was awesome through the whole process, covered everything and was patient but energized the whole time. Great place also good coffee selections for the wait.

Best car buying experience ever, and I've bought my share. I visited other dealerships with similar business models and left completely disappointed. EchoPark's vehicles were clean and offered an excellent variety. Ron was not only helpful, but actually excited to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. EchoPark has terrific prices, of course. Even better, the sales associate was more knowledgeable than those at a dealership! It must be very hard to know all the secrets and features and operations of each car, but Anthony, my sales associate, set up my "new" car for me, demonstrated features I never would have found and love, and made the transition a breeze! I feel like my purchase was the only intelligent course to pursue! I am very impressed, and I haven't bought a car in 12 years. I highly recommend EchoPark for a smooth, confident transaction!

Best buying experience ever! Tyler Berg was my associate, he was happy to go above & beyond to help me find the perfect vehicle. I am so appreciative of his time and patience while I test drove several vehicles... when I decided which make & model, he made sure I was getting everything that was available.
