Dr. Irshad will be a great addition to your staff. Sorry to see him leave Alexandria. Dr. Irshad performed cataract/lens implant suregery on my 88 year old mother and her vision is nearly 20/20. She impeoved 5 lines on the eye chart. Dr. Irshad thouroughly explained the procedure and what to expect after. Mom is thrilled and I think he was too.
Dr. Henderson has been my eye doctor since 1983 for a good reason. He is extremely competent, professional, and trustworthy. I have always believed that what he recommends is what I need. A few years ago my wife moved over to Dr. Henderson for her eye care. We believe he is the best.
I have been a patient of Dr. Henderson for more than 30 years and have had multiple procedures performed on my eyes. All have been a success and I can say that I have been pleased with everything that Dr. Henderson has done. He is a dedicated physician and approaches problems without delay. He is very concerned about his patients and gives them 100% of his effort all the time. Eye Clinic of Austin is truly number 1.

I moved to Austin upon retirement in 2010 after living in Dallas my entire life. Starting over with ALL new doctors was quite the task, as I had seen the same physicians for forty years, in some cases. I am so pleased with Dr. Henderson. He spent the appropriate amount of time with me, clearly explained everything in layman's terms and was extremely professional. His staff is outstanding and his facilities are top notch!
Dr. Farhan Irshad recently examined my wife and performed cataract surgery on her. Everything about this scary procedure was performed marvelously. From the initial exam, where all the options were explained thoroughly to the surgery and follow-up care. Who wouldn't be afraid to have their eyes operated on? All aspects of this procedure were performed by caring, knowledgeable professional people (the support staff were great too). Dr. Irshad took as much time as needed to put all fears to rest. His calm competent manner made this experience a very simple and easy one. Highly recommend these excellent health care people.
Dr. Irshad examined my eyes and inform me I had cataract and explained that I could have them removed now or wait. I elect to have the cataract surgery. Evething about the procedure was perform marvelously. From the initial exam, where all the options were explained thoroughly to the the surgery and follow-up care. I had a very serious eye condition (EBMD)that more than one specialist couldn't pinpoint - however Dr. Henderson named the cause for my painful symptoms and has worked through the years to bring relief. He's thorough and knowledgeable beyond any I have ever found. His staff is efficient friendly and professional and the equipment for testing and diagnosis brings the latest advances in eye care to his patients. I trust his choice of Dr. Irshad - in fact he performed my recent cataract surgery in an excellent manner and I know that my husband and I will continue to be patients of Eye Clinic of Austin .
Out of all the clinics I've been to, whether it was for sickness or injury, this clinic is by far the best I've ever been to. First of all the clinic itself looks like a 5 star hotel lobby, the ladies at the front were cool as hell & took care of me every step of the way, especially the brunette one (I forgot her name). The asian optometrist was cool af too. I don't know what I liked better, my newly 20/15 vision or the service I received here at this clinic.
One of the best decisions I've ever made was getting my Lasik Procedure with Dr. Irshad. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough. From consultation to procedure, I've been nothing but pleased with him. He explained everything exactly how it was. I went in with a -5.25 and -5.75 prescription and naturally was nervous leading up to the procedure. His calm and composed manner put me to ease during the procedure. He personally called to see how I was doing that evening, which in book is "WOW". I can't thank Dr. Irshad enough for giving me 20/15 vision. I would highly recommend him.
