We used to go to Dr. Shrek before he moved; the doctors are fine and nice enough but the service is horrible. I called to get a prescription and the receptionist did not know how to email it; when I was there last the other receptionist did nothing to help me find a pair of glasses. Just poor service. Best advice: Go there for your prescription appointment and then go somewhere else to get your contacts or glasses.

Lowell Steinberg is meticulous, careful, professional, and very helpful. My daughter had a small piece of pollen lodge under her eyelid and was in discomfort. Dr. Steinberg saw her immediately, put her at ease, and removed the pollen carefully and quickly. He also helped me discover something about my vision that no other eye doctor had in many years of exams. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Visions is the best place I've ever been to for eye care. I had an emergency as I woke up with a scratched cornea and came in as soon as they opened in the morning. I didn't have an appointment and Dr. Steinberg wasn't planning on coming in until later that day. Alyse at the front desk was welcoming and friendly. She assured me that I would be taken care of one way or another and comforted me. Her kindness was awesome!! She referred me to another place but they didn't take medicaid. So I went back to Visions and Dr. Steinberg was nice enough to come in. Dr. Steinberg was very warm and friendly, explained everything he was doing and showed me where on my eye the abrasion was located. He also took the time to explain, in detail, things he found in the photos of the insides of my eyes. He gave me lubricating eye drops to make sure my eyes were hydrated while I slept and disposable shades to protect my eyes from light. He wrote detailed notes for me on how to take care and mitigate the pain. They even squeezed me in for a follow up two days later right before closing. The abrasion healed quickly and I was all smiles from the relief of having healed and from having such a wonderful experience. I'm bummed I'm moving because I just found this awesome place but I'm telling everyone I know that Dr. Steinberg is the best and the entire staff at Visions rocks!

Ive been here many times and they never fail to impress! The staff is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable! Also the prices are very reasonable and the doctor is really good!

We were supposed to get my son's eye glasses two weeks ago. He is having hard time at his school since he does not have glasses. Giving call to them is worthless because they are not keeping their promises. I wish I did not go there. I would double check before paying anything.

I've seen Dr. Lowell Steinberg twice now, and he is very caring and knowledgeable. He saw me same day when I had an eye injury and called me to see how I was doing a couple days later. I've also talked to him on the phone about an eye concern I was having. I highly recommended him!

Dr. Steinberg did a wonderful job helping me out with my glasses and exam. I tried to use bifocal's and twice they did not work out. No problem they gladly exchanged the lenses out at no additional cost. Staff are always nice and helpful. Highly recommend you try these great people out!

I have been a client here, for over 6 years. No complaints only great, friendly service every time we go here. My children, and I, love the care from Dr. Steinberg and his staff. He is a knowledgeable Dr.; he always treats us with very friendly care.
