The lady at the front desk has had an attitude every time I've visited. They messed up my insurance today and when I asked for it to be corrected, she acted like I'd insulted her mother.
I have always had superior service from them. The staff is kind, knowledgeable -- particularly when it comes to insurance coverage and respectful.
Love this place! Dr. Dean is great, answers all my questions and even laughs at my dumb jokes. Dani was great about helping train me to put in contacts, even when I felt like it was taking forever. A great practice!

Best optometrist in the city! I've been to a lot of eye care centers over the years as I have moved around Maryland. Federal Hill Eye Care is by a wide margin, the best I've found. Top notch service, great doctors and really good products. I will continue using them for as long as I live in Baltimore.
