Our counter people have over 90 years in combined service in the Auto Recycling business: our dismantlers, parts pullers and inventory people, over 25 years of experience, and our delivery personnel—over 12 years!

Lousy rating for the attitude I received when I called, I told him I needed an ecu out of a Durango or Dakota 5.9 and he said "is it a Durango or a Dakota?" I said Dakota but a Durango will work and then he starts to argue with me what I need and it won't work and tells me to let him do his job.......seriously? By the time I got a chance to tell him I did a swap I know what I need he shuts up and says oh here's this number.........how about you give the customer what they ask for especially when you have no idea what's going on. Don't tell someone to let you do your job when your job is picking the part I want.
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Got all the parts we needed to fix our truck up. We will definitely be going back for all our car projects parts!!!

Definitely a terrible place. We run a shop and we count on our vendors getting us the parts in a timely manner and expect what they tell you is true. We called earlier this week to order a steering column and Justin gave us a cost of 125 plus 75 shipping so we told them yes. I called the next day for payment and Justin told me he got over-ridden by the manager on the price so it has to be 150 on the part and about 40 for some reason on the shipping so i asked what the out the door price was and he said 199.95. So i asked him if he was sure that was the final price and he said hold on let me check, then came back and told me yes thats the out the door cost. i told him to send it. then the NEXT day, he calls me again and said they got an extra fee for shipping so they have to charge us more which again changed the price to 225 out the door. keep in mind i already quoted my customer for the first price. So i told justin to cancel the order and i called back to speak to the manager. Rude as can be, he told me he couldnt do anything for us and hung up on me. Great service
Ron and Anthony are wonderful. Very polite, and patient. Very good experience. Fast efficient and most of all fair prices. They take the time to try to do what they can to help you..I would absolutely recommend that you come here. I will come back again and again!
Junkyard is a better description, but I needed a specific type of wheel rim and was referred to them by other pick and pull places on South Broadway. They did in fact have it, although they had to take it off a car for me, but hey, I was just glad I didn't have to take it off the car myself ;)
JJ is the cheapest, but most knowledgeable mechanic in the Duke City. Hands down. You don't find to many mechanics that are trust worthy,, but in JJ, you get someone who is way beyond trustworthy. Plus he's quick. Dropped my car off and he got to it right away and had the keys back in my hand the same day. He's been in the same place for about 25 years and all my friends take their cars to him.
