The staff was courteous and informative. I made an appointment to have a popped tire replaced. I had purchased four new tires from Flat Irons Subaru about 13 months previously. They said I had a 50% off contract. I showed up for my appointment and the tire had not come in and would be in the next day. When I showed up the next day, I was informed that I wasn't elegable for the 50% off rate after all but they honored the discount anyway. Overall it was a very positive experience that I have been telling friends about. I'll be back to Flat Irons Subaru as needed.
