Terrible customer service. The sales person actually told me to go f myself. Over priced for some broken parts.

They told me they had my part and it would be ready next day, took my cc information and never called to tell me that the part was bad... I wrote an honest review and I was contacted via email by a rude employee! My review is my review accept that you clearly need a course in customer service relations and DO NOT CONTACT ME ANYMORE!

I want to say that i have been buying parts for cars for a long time and it is rare to get the quality of service that i have just received. I am usually looking for out of the way parts and the staff here went out of their way to help me get what i need and they responded to emails very quickly. Their prices are fair and their products have been in very good condition. I am just one man and one vote but mine goes to Gardner Auto Parts. Give them a try if you haven't before! Jerry

Super friendly people that will go above and beyond for their customers. I had no idea where to go to get the part I needed so I gave a call and they helped me right away and I had my part in just a few days! Autozone and other stores couldn’t even find the part for me but Gardner auto parts found it almost immediately and so inexpensive! Highly recommend.
