Few times I bought parts and they are very knowledgable and patient. Service prices also one of the cheapest in CO I just finished 50k for beetle
I’ve been driving a Volkswagen Touareg since 2005 and I love it! ; And I have been living here in Boulder since 2006 and I mostly love it . Out of convenience I usually get my car serviced at Gebhardt. The people in service are very friendly, if you can ever get them on the phone. If you call the main numbe your are usually get put on hold and sent to voicemail and never get a call back, ever. After repeated phone calls, usually five or more, I get through to someone in the service department and if I’m lucky I get to actually talk to my service rep. Their lack of phone professionalism -2 stars. Now let’s talk about the front of house, the show room: if you want to be treated like a leper then insulted with a trade-in value for your vehicle (while I was in for service I thought I might look at buying myself a new car for my birthday) that is a fraction of what the insurance company says it is worth (i’m talking a 10th of fair value). Then the sales person went to get the manager who asked me to “leave the property” in a very condescending tone because “ they don’t have anything in my price range “ rude, -3 stars. I was so upset I actually cried and had to tell my service rep through the tears I won’t be setting foot on their property again, as requested. So the next time you go down to Gebhardt make sure you’re dressed in your Sunday finest otherwise They will probably show you the door.
Easy and smooth. Everyone was very upfront with all aspects of the car buying process. I would purchase a car from them again.
The free car washes on Saturday is a nice dealer perk.

I leased a 2019 Jetta from Chandler with the help of Carlos and Tomaso. They were FAST to help online to get me pre-approved, they got the lease terms right and I was in and out of there in under an hour. I enjoyed the experience so much and am getting 42 MPG on my new car. Super tech, super people and streamlined process. So good - I now work at their Gebhardt BMW store around the block!
