This place is like a toy store for grownups. I walked in with a long list of needed items and left with only 2 that they didn't have. Saved me from making several other stops. Helpful, fast and friendly. They provided me with exact directions to where to purchase the other 2 items.

For the past year the company has had an everything must go sign because they are remodeling. Well we saw no reductions and truly no remodeling. Really folks!

Placed an order for a set of brake calipers only for the price to go up substantially two days later and my order was then canceled. Called customer service who said the item was in stock and forced the order through at the price I was given in my shopping cart. However the order was split up & I received one caliper from one warehouse and had to wait another week to get the other caliper from a different whse. I ordered a set and the sales person took it upon himself to split up the order into 2 separate calipers which caused this additional problem. Not to mention that just prior to that I had placed an order for the same set of brake calipers from their affiliate US Auto Parts and 2 days after that I was notified the item was not in stock and my order was canceled and I had to wait three more days to get my money back through PayPal. By the time I got my brake calipers it was at least three weeks from when I initially tried to place the order. Do yourself a favor find somewhere else to buy!

There was a sign posted on the front that they would be closed at 10 and approximately open in an hour but it took until noon for them to reopen the store. But they came through by giving me a good discount on brakes and rotors! The lady that took my order was very knowledgeable. They are also closed from June 7th until July 1st.
