Fast, friendly service with fair prices. Our family goes there for all of our auto work. I took my car to Jim’s after an outrageous quote from a big auto chain and they gave me a good price for work that actually needed to be done, as opposed to a long list of what wasn’t necessary from the chain store. It’s a place where a person who doesn’t know a lot about cars can go without worrying about being misled. I highly recommend Jim’s.

Ive been going to Jims auto for many years.the mechanics and owner are very nice n friendly n very helpful.
This is the second year I’ve been going to Jim’s for auto service. I made an appointment for my annual inspection and when I took the car it was lunch time. He actually was courteous enough to drive back home with me, take the car and after the service was completed he came and got me. I’ve never ever been treated so courteously and professionally. Jim’s auto came highly recommended by my neighbor when I was just moved in. He was so right. Any work that I should need done to my car I will take to Jim’s Auto. You should do the same.

Warning: ⚠️ TOTAL CROOKS. my truck broke down and this was the closest mechanics spot nearby... I got it towed in because my fuel pump needed replacing. After they charged me $800... yes... $800 for a fuel pump replacement (not including filter) or anything else done... I went to pick it up and I went to start it and the check engine light came on when it’s never come on in my truck ever since I’ve had it so that was new. he explained that there is nothing showing up in the computer so he went on and cleared the codes from the computer so I drove off with my check engine light being off I had a 45 minute drive home and then I get home and my check engine light comes back on my truck stalls out won’t start I have to get it towed back up there so then I went away on a trip and while I was away they explained some BS to me about the fuel pump module wasn’t reading correctly or whatever and then charged me another $750 for I don’t even know what so then I go to drive it off the lot and all of the sudden my one break is to the metal completely. I had my brakes and rotors replaced not long ago at all there’s no way that I drove my truck enough for it to be to the metal like this... they absolutely messed with my truck and brakes and charged me so much money for a simple job. The owner Jim gave me a high school girl attitude every time I spoke to him. And watch out for Alan, Jim likes to have him deal with customers because he’s a bit more of a people person... but he’ll just talk and talk and talk until you agree that he makes any type of sense. Terrible service. I also did more investigation and found out most of the reviews on here are from people he knows personally, check out yelp reviews for more accurate ratings.
The staff is very knowledgeable, courteous and whenever I need work done it is completed in a timely manner. Extremely satisfied.
Trustworthy guys Heard a pop, low tire pressure light came on , and could have swore a couple of my tires burst and thought I saw a rip in the treads of the front tires when I tried to put air in. They had the opportunity to really screw me over and just take my money, but the guy double checked, topped up my air and let me know nothing was actually wrong. Did it all for free even when I insisted on paying
I have been using Jim's shop for about 10 years. It's a neighborhood shop. For easy things like inspection, you can make an appointment and it's easy to drop the car off the night before and he will have it ready before your second cup of coffee. He will tell if you need something done now or if it can wait. I think that the best thing about this shop is he can do whatever you need, inspection, tires, engine work. I took a job out of state and I was comfortable knowing he would take care of my daughter's car in my absence. When she said something didn't sound right, I just said drop it off at Jim's. If you want to develop a relationship with the folks who maintain your car, and feel comfortable with the advice they give, this is the place.
I have taken both of my vehicles to Jim's and have received excellent service Everytime. They even came and picked my car up for me and stayed open a half an hour later so I could pick it up. They've always been straight with me and they've always done great work I'll def be going back to them whenever I need too
