They do a great job with the car - always thorough with not only the problem at hand but telling me about other potential issues I might want to deal with. They always get the okay before performing work and the quoted price is always the one ya pay. They're also friendly and they'll help with a ride - especially if the repair is taking longer than expected

Tim and his staff were awesome! The whole experience was impressive after I lost my same mechanics that I had my whole life, I was looking for a new one I could trust. The vital check on my car was detailed and informative, the work was completed quickly and they even washed my car! I have been very happy with the service. Each person I encountered there was friendly and caring. Thank you!!!
I went to this establishment because this is where my Uncle brings all of his cars I did not really want to bring it to them because they always overcharge him and endlist to say they did the same thing to me!! I brought my vehicle there to run or supposably they ran a diagnostic they told me that my car was shutting off because my factory alarm !! So I paid them for the diagnostic which I believe was too high and prices well I soon as I got home which was 45 minutes from their establishment my car was still doing the same thing I called them to let them know that they had not solved the issue and that I would be bringing it back to them and about an hour because as how long it took my car to cool off and then restart I then brought it back to them and when a meeting the mechanic I let them know that I believed it was the neutral control safety switch which I had told them before A-day had passed and they called me to let me know that indeed it was the neutral control safety switch that have been melted and they needed to replace that along with the pig Tales. When they had called my Uncle and gave him the price he said go ahead and do it upon picking up my vehicle I paid almost $1200 for them to only price gouge me on the Parts Plus their labor is higher than any other mechanics around I would not recommend this place because I basically diagnosed my own car for them they never did it A diagnostic on it and they never applied the diagnostic to the cost of the 1200 because I left their establishment and then had to come back and still after I came back they still never ran a diagnostic I know that 100% because I have a sync in my car and it lets me know when it's been unplugged which they never did I'm plug it in order to put the diagnostic machine fed up with them would never go back there again I am a single mom of 6 and I guess they believe because my Uncle was Paying for the repairs They Could charge whatever the hell they wanted!!!!
Great service! Jimmy was a good at taking the time to listen to me explaining my car issues to him, which I really appreciated and respected. They fixed my problem and were clear at explaining what the problem was and how they fixed it, which was done in a timely manor. Professional and friendly! Will refer them to friends
They were amazing!! I moved from California and have not been able to find a reliable, affordable auto mechanic since I moved and Virginia did not disappoint! They communicated with me and sent me a full diagnostic report. They even had AAA come out to replace my battery pads so I wouldn't have to pay for a new battery. My car feels and sounds so much better! I will be returning for all of my maintenance. I have full trust in them!
It's always a little nerve-wracking taking your car to a new mechanic, but the folks at Virginia Auto Service are great! Their whole operation runs like a well-oiled machine (pun intended), and they are very clear in their communications with the customer. I knew what was being done, when it was starting and when it was over. I'm also a big fan of the report they sent by email and text that detailed their check of all of the different systems. It's one thing to be told all of this information over the phone, but quite another to have it presented in an easy to understand manner. This time it was just a simple oil change, but I will have no qualms going back for any problem, big or small, that comes up.
Super friendly guys and most importantly honest! That’s hard to come by in the auto repair industry. Loved our experience with Virginia auto service and we will continue to have our cars serviced there.
