Nexar Auto Repair is definitely my preferred repair shop. Armando has always been direct with costs and has not let me down when I have come for a repair. I would highly recommend the shop if you need a reliable repair shop, especially on the southwest side.

Excellent and fast service. I had my brakes changed and the AC fixed. Even if you dont know anything about cars they are honest and will explain you whats wrong and how they will fix it. Highly recommended

Nexar has me down as a customer for life. They were there for me for six years now since I've gone through a number of cars with a number of issues (Houston roads are not kind to vehicles, lol.) Most recently I went there because my car was making a strange sound. The ABS and traction lights were on. Let me add that these guys never turn you away. I would think that a shop like their's would be very busy, considering their customer service, yet they treat you like you're their one and only customer. No matter what, whether it is for a state inspection or something more complex, they welcome you at any time and have your car ready ASAP. They clearly explained to me what was wrong -- my bearing to one of my tires was bad. That aside, they also secured my hanging bumper which was damaged by someone who hit my car and ran. PLUS they topped off the air in my tires. These gentlemen know that a good reputation is priceless and they want to take care of the community. Most of all, they want you to be safe on the road! I live across town and will always go to them, no matter what. Love you guys! Thank you!

Needed an AC compressor replacement. Robbie was able to get it done for me in just a few hours, along with an oil change and tire rotation for a great deal. My AC is working perfect still nearly a month later. I would return to Nexar Auto again.

Fast. Efficient. Helpful. Kind. Called to get my check engine engine light checked, told me to come right now so I did. Checked it, told me what to do, and told me not to worry about the charge to check the engine light. That's some customer service.

My sister has been coming here for years. For a woman its a great place because they are honest and reliable mechanics that get you in and out. Took them 10 minutes for my inspection. Great company.

Friendly and amazing staff. Brought our car in because it was making a sound, traction light and ABS lights were on. They said a bearing needed to be replaced and perhaps a sensor too. Turned out, only the bearing needed to be replaced AND they reattached my hanging bumper for free and put air in all of my tires to make the low pressure light go off. These guys are the real deal you can trust. They're here to take care of people.
