Horrible! Offered me less then anyone else had and said my car was a piece of crap everyone else was offering $300, they offered me $75.
You call them they ask some questions give you a quote if you say yes they get the car you get a check easy
I called the Junk Car Boys and they made me an offer on my truck immediately. The came to my home picked the truck up and gave me a check! The absolute easiest way to deal with a junk vehicle! I couldn't have been happier with the price or process!
I just recently sold them my 2001 Sequoia which was not in driving condition. The amount that they paid, while not as much as I hoped was much better than I feared. What I really liked was how they worked with me to get the paperwork done. There was an issue with my title which they explained and explained how to resolve. It required a quick trip down to DMV. They were very patient with me and after a week of back and forth they picked up my vehicle and I picked up a check for several hundred. All in all a pretty painless operation.
It takes a lot a emails and I felt like I was buying a car at times going back to the manager. Just a note, these guys are going to sell your car, so you need a have the title in your name and state. This can may make it prohibitive to title your car just to junk. For Example total cost to tile including onsite vin inspection for a 2012 Mini was $370, JYB would offer me $500.
My car broke down and required a major repair so I figured that it would be more cost effective to sell it as is. An online search brought up Junk Car Boys and thankfully they were quick to answer my call and all my questions. I was able to negotiate a fair price over the phone just by texting photos of the car. They sent a tow truck to haul out my car from the wreck yard and I received my check in exchange for the keys and title. It was an easy, hassle free experience and I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to sell off a damaged car.
What a joke! They say I am 6 miles outside of the pick up zone so only want to give me 100 for a 2003 bravada. They didn't even take down my address for a more exact mileage. Go elsewhere if you don't want scammed.
I had a great experience with Junk Car Boys. Everything was done via text, which I appreciate because I don’t like talking on the phone. All I had to do was send them pictures of my car and I told them it ran but did not drive. They gave me their offer and when I told them I had a better offer from another company, they came back with another offer that was better than that other company. I accepted with them and all they asked for was a picture of the title. Shortly after, the tow company called and we scheduled a time for pick up. During pick up, I gave them the keys and the title and he handed me the check. It was quick, easy and simple!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!
Filling out my information was very quick and easy. I received a text and an email in regards to junking our much loved Jeep. The price match was great. Dispatch was professional and happy to help. The tow truck driver was also professional. Definitely would recommend this company to others.
I called a few places I saw on facebook about picking up our "junk car" was given the run around for a few days :( I looked online for a local place in Rio Rancho. From the beginning of the call, the man who answered the phone was friendly and professional throughout the call. Everything happened just as he said it would with the exception of the driver being over an hour late. Which I had to over look because of the exceptional customer service from the gentlemen on phone. I HIGHLY recommend going with them over anyone else!!! HANDS DOWN!!!!
