had a 98' accord my car brakes were out and the transmission kept getting stuck. i needed to get rid of it for some cash and junk car buyers of austin gave me more then i expected. i was beyond happy with the quote that they gave me. they even came to get my car via tow truck. thank u guys two thumbs up.

Junk Car Buyers of Austin did not serve me well when I was looking to sell my 2014 Focus to a junker because I had been informed it had a broken cylinder and was moving across country. I met with Jesse from Junk Car Buyers of Austin a while before my move date to get an estimate. He quoted me a reasonable price and we shook on it, planning on meeting the next month for the transaction. He did not come forth with a deposit to seal the deal after I requested one, which was frustrating but I went along. Then a few weeks before the transaction, he informed me his son would be picking it up as he wouldn't be in town. I knew then that they would try to change the price on me when his son picked it up. Sure enough, the date rolls around and his son tries to say that Jesse didn't know about the broken cylinder and that the oil has residue in it. I must point out that I'm a young woman with a limited knowledge of cars, so there's only so much smoke and mirrors I can see thru. I had one day before leaving the state permanently so this was my best option for selling the car. He ended up offering me $200 less than the price I had agreed to prior. I took this because I was not in a situation to shop the car around and find a better price. Had I been a man, I doubt this would have happened and I definitely feel taken advantage of my Junk Car Buyers of Austin. Do NOT sell them your car! They're just as untrustworthy as you'd expect.
Excellent staff here, I sold my car that is broken down beyond repair honestly, it was basically something i just would've used as scrap medal. They gave me about 250 for it so i was very pleased
I bought a new car and was looking to get rid of my old one, I got about $350 for it . The brakes didn't work and the starter had issues , However it was good for the amount of issues it had. Thanks !

During the transaction, Jesse made sure I was completely aware of exactly what I was getting rid of.
