I brought in 3 pageant dresses that all needed quite a bit of work done. I am so impressed with not only the alterations, but the timeliness as well! Thank you so much!!

First off, Mr. Kim do NOT speak english well, and have a very nasty attitude. I took 2 items a few days ago a skirt and a jumpsuit with minor things to be fixed on them. He sewed the clasp back on my skirt, but the seam that needed to be sewn down on my jumpsuit HE DID NOT FIX. It looked the same as when, I dropped it off, and after telling him repeatedly that it needed to be sewn. He stated: (That is just the thread from before, I did sew it). I specifically informed him that, I wanted it sewn down and fixed when, I first dropped it off. Now how is it that the seams are still popping out of it, and all he had to do was take his time with a sewing machine to go back over the seam. Oh yeh! When he gave me the price, I asked him if he took credit/debit cards? He stated: NO GIVE ME CASH, I WANT CASH IT IS BETTER! SMDH Then I asked him for a ticket and a receipt for my 2 items. He told me that I didn't need a ticket nor receipt just write my name and phone number down on a piece of paper. In all honesty, I think that he is very prejudice against african americans. I noticed how the caucasian customers where coming in, and how he greeted and handled their transactions versus mines. How are you going to tell a customer to give you CASH when you except credit/debit cards, and not give me a receipt nor ticket? Then only fix 1 item, and lie about fixing the jumpsuit? REALLY? I only picked this place, because of the reviews in which these may be FAKE! Please beware of doing any business with this man, because he is very unprofessional, don't do his job, will give you back a half done item, will request cash only, and will treat you like he HATE YOUR RACE!

Kim is the best tailor in town. I've come to him time and the again to repair and alter clothing that it too baggy for my body type. He is quick with is work and doesn't take enough credit for what he can do!
