Only One Tailoring is fantastic! They are the best in town. I have had several items altered or repaired there and everything has been perfect; they will take the time to make sure it's done right. Plan ahead and know that your items may take some time to compete but it's because they are perfectionists and great work takes time. I have trusted Only One with my clothing and have always been really happy with their work. After living in several different cities, I can tell you first hand that finding a good alteration's shop can be extremely hard. For example, I learned the hard way that going to a dry cleaner for alterations can be VERY hit or miss. Don't roll the dice! Only One does a fantastic job :)
I found out about my daughter's formal waaaay last minute. Bought a dress but needed to be hemmed and had three different layers, plus I needed this done super fast - 4 days. At about noon on the day that I was supposed to pick it up, I realized that my invoice had a pickup date of three weeks - we'd somehow missed this when I dropped the dress off! I called the business ASAP, and Katie apologized and explained that their software automatically enters a date that is three weeks out. She assured me that they would begin altering the dress immediately and promised to have it ready in a few hours. Sure enough, they finished it by 3 and did an outstanding job. I grew up with a seamstress mom who regularly did alterations for brides, and I know good work when I see it. This is good work. And the customer service is impeccable.

I brought my Kleinfelds dress to Only One Tailoring and was so nervous to trust someone with my wedding dress! Aaron and his team were nothing short of perfection. Everyone made me feel so welcomed and at ease everytime I came in. Once my dress was done, it was abolsolutely perfect, every detail. I can't thank everyone enough!

Wonderful! I made an appointment online to have a pair of shorts hemmed because the original hem fell out. I arrived at my appointment time and the lady I spoke with took my shorts and hemmed them up right then while I waited a few minutes. Fabulous service! I will definitely be going to them again in the future.
