My experience with Peter in sales was fantastic. I found a truck I was interested online. Peter called me right away to schedule a time to come look at it and walk me through the process. When it was all said and done , he delivered the truck to my place of business to handle all paperwork. Thanks for the great service!
So, this is my THIRD recall on my Ford. in the past, this location has focused so much on customer service I had to tell them they were calling too much. This time around, I am lucky if I can get ANYONE on the phone. I was ignored for about 5 minutes when I first got there. Eventually the same person who i watched not do anything for those 5 minutes they saw me standing waiting for help got up to help me. He told me to stand at Mike's service desk which I did. Eventually the man who I assumed to be Mike, walked up to his desk, took off a sweater and put it over his chair and walks away! Te original man helping me came back and asked if I had been helped, I told him no, someone had walked up but then walked away. As he's helping me, Mike comes back with coffee. The two days they had my car I did NOT receive even ONE phone call to update me. Meanwhile, I called repeatedly, to go the service departments voicemail and managers as well. Tisha helped me eventually and was so great I decided against complaining. Unfortunately, my car has been jerking and jumping since I got it back and guess what? I CAN'T GET THROUGH TO SPEAK TO ANYONE. DO BETTER FORD!
I had my car towed here for a haunting. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it within just a couple of days. Jay was my service writer and he was great! Very friendly and communicative. I would definitely go back here for repairs again!
What an awesome store and friendly staff to work with! Eric B. was our salesman and super nice! Khalid was amazing on the finance end and was very efficient and knowledgeable. We walked out with everything we wanted from our trade to our brand new car! I would give them a thousand stars if I could. We were very happy and will definitely refer friends and family there. I think we will leave an imprint with our not so original trade :)
Great car buying experience!! You won’t find better pricing or service anywhere else. My salesman Ahmed was great, Tom the sales manager was flexible and willing to work with my deal and Matt in Finance made it easy and painless. It was not what he had first chosen...however what you didnt know was the whole time prior he said that he wanted a black f250 super duty gas truck. In the end he got exactly what he wanted. Jermaine and the staff are great!! My car was serviced timely and at a very economical price. Khalid explained the best extended care package that fit my needs. I will continue to take my vehicle to Koons because I feel like I can trust them!!
The Best Car sales guy and Dealership I have ever Deal with... I walked into the dealership knowing exactly what i wanted, what i wanted to spend, and i am very picky about what i find on a potential used vehicle i buy. I met Ryan who was my salesman and he walked me right over to the vehicle that i found online and we went for a drive. It was enjoyable. I asked them if anything was wrong would they be willing to fix it at no cost and that was no problem at all. I checked the KBB Value on the vehicle and it was Couple of thousands lower on with the sticker price for the vehicle. When we got to talking about numbers i told them i was concerned about total amount financed was going to be and if they are willing to drop the price a bit so i could work that in better. This dealership does not rush you, they don't make you feel bad for walking away from a deal, they made me feel like they truly wanted my business and in a market where i can very easily drive a half our to another dealership that is a welcomed change. The Manager who's name escapes me at this time is friendly, fun, and understanding. If i had a million dollars i think i might spend it all here at this dealership. My wife and I purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee this weekend and had an amazing experience working with Kirby. I had been traveling during the week so I set up an appointment with him for when we were in town. He had the car ready and made the process really simple and easy. We were in and out the door in 2 hours as the new owners of our dream car. Matthew helped us out with the financing. We arrived with a quote from our bank and Matthew was able to find a bank that would beat the rate. We were really impressed with the team and highly recommend working with Kirby when you need to buy your next car!
