I've always had a great experience here. Last time they squeezed me in when our battery stopped working and even found a discount voucher online towards the cost - which has always been very competitive. Great service.

Highly recommend buying or leasing a car from Larry Miller Toyota. If you go in ask for Ty! He was honest, helpful, and really made sure I got the car I wanted at a great price! I could not say better things about my experience with Ty and the dealership!

Overall I want to say I had a fair experience here. The caveat that I will give is when I asked about the importance of the repairs that the dealership recommended to my Toyota, their response was, you don't have to get any repairs from us. I think I was looking for guidance and explanation as to why I was spending close to a mortgage payment in repairs. next they told me to come pick up my car and I came straight to the dealership and the service center was closed. I had to deal with people who had no clue about the mechanic side of the business and then no one knew where my car was. I want to give this place a better review in the future, I just wasn't that impressed with my first visit

Nothing bogus, no hard sell. Straight up deal. 2019 Rav4 Just wish it had a V6. 4 cylinder is adequate, but they used to have a V6 offering that is no more. I declined to take delivery until AFTER the financing was complete and funded, and I declined any lease offering, as leases are generally a losing proposition, with very rare exception.

Friendly folks taking good care of my first new car in decades. I've generally been pleased with the whole experience since my purchase, including fantastic warranty & service agreements. My only displeasure was with the post sale survey & sales folks being exceedingly assertive about giving them a 10 out of 10. I don't like being pressured to give a perfect rating (which I rarely ever do) so I didn't respond to the survey at all.

Very friendly staff. I bought my first car here through Greg Eastburn and I highly recommend using him. He’s patient, honest, friendly, and does his job well. Great personality and easy to talk to. You tell him what you want and if they don’t already have it he’ll find it. Very satisfied. Go Ducks!!

I highly recommend this Toyota Service Center! The customer service is outstanding, and the work is excellent! They truly went above and beyond for me, when I took my Scion IQ in to have the wheel well liner fixed. I had hit a curb that ripped off/detached my wheel well liner from the body of the vehicle. I was worried that I would have to take it to a body shop to have them bend the metal, on top of having an entirely new wheel well liner installed. But not only did the Toyota mechanics manage to reattach the original wheel well liner to my vehicle body, but they did not charge me (not that you should expect to never pay for your service!). I was getting ready to drive across country the next day, for my mom’s funeral, as she had just passed a few days prior. Between planning her funeral, dealing with a recent skin cancer discovery, and trying to manage my deceased parent’s financial struggles, the staff at this Toyota Service Center truly made my entire month with their kindness and well-done work. And I don’t think that they knew about any of this, I truly just think they are good, honest folks that wanted to help a customer out, regardless. Months later, my wheel well liner is still intact! Even after driving my low-to-the-ground vehicle through months of snow and slush. 10/5 stars!
