I had the pleasure of working with Sonny Hall when purchasing my 2019 Toyota Camry SE. He is such a gentleman, funny, personable, and determined. We sat for 5 HOURS until we could come to a financing agreement. In his words, "I just know this car was made for you, and I'm not giving up until you drive off the lot with it". He maintained a positive, friendly demeanor the entire time, and didn't make me feel anything less than a priority! I am so impressed and although this is my first Toyota, Larry H. Miller has gained a life-long customer, and they can thank Sonny Hall for that! Seriously, I've dealt with another employee there who was the complete opposite of Sonny and made me feel like a nuisance, would only give me one offer, and tried to get me to buy a car older and cheaper than the one I was trading in! He even had the nerve to ask Sonny how did he convince me to buy the Camry! By going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, that's how! Thank you so much Sonny and hopefully I'll see you in about 10 years when it's time for another Toyota! ;)

I had a great experience at this dealership. Tom Conrad was awesome. He helped me get the right car and helped get the financing I needed. Tom was very professional, kind and helpful. The general manager came up to me and introduced himself, which I thought was impressive. They had a cool place for my two kids to play while we were finalizing the deal. I highly recommend this dealership and especially recommend Tom Conrad. He was a pleasure to work with. I felt he was honest and sincere.

I had the pleasure of working with Kyle Hogan. I am from out of state. Kyle worked with me over the phone and had the deal worked out in no time. He had everything ready for me when I arrived all I had to do was sign paperwork and off I went in my new truck. I worked with a very honest team here at Larry H Miller... My sales Guy was Jeffrey Paterson ...Jeff and his team there was so funny and so sweet to work with... I have bought other cars from other places but never again... I have never had so much fun buying a car before. I have always been stressed and turn into a wreck... These guys here welcomed me like family did not pressure me I even got a call from GM and met him while I was there...Jeff did everything he could to work with me and make it such an easy stress free transaction as well as the team... They stayed late well after closing to help me get exactly what I wanted and no pressure of trying to get me out of the store or into buying anything... I just can not believe still after a few days how I look back at that day and not one of them pressured me or asked me to leave and ask if we could finish the next morning... It's a very big decision buying something new and Jeff walked me through everything step by step very kind very sweet even after a long day at work .... I am giving Jeff and his Team a five star cause it was the best car buying experience I have ever had... Thank you Jeff and Your Team for everything... You guy are for sure the best team ever...
