Great course!! It was economical with the payment plan, I have been working in the industry for a long time but was hesitant to go after my certification bout I have finally finished the RMC course 2017!! Next step waiting to be certified!!!

Happy with MMI for the most part but don't understand the need to re-certify each year. The required CEUs and fee I get, but why make those who are certified take the exam again each year. I don't believe this is a requirement for similar certifications through AAPC. Just doesn't make sense in my opinion. Had I known, I would've took the leap and went for the CPC right away. This is my third year going through this process.

This organization is not professional at all. They have switched staff over and over. You cannot get a call back when you leave a message. I was transferred to a woman named Katie Srikor- rude, she cuts you off when you express your concerns, she welcomed me to speak to her executive director as if she had no care in the world regarding her behavior. I will never recommend anyone to deal with such lack of professionalism and lack of responsiveness. Today is -5-3-2018 and I requested a call from her Director Jamela. I will follow-up and update when I get a call from her. This is an unstable group of individuals to deal with. Don't spend your $$ here.
