This place is great. I was a little confused when I first pulled into the service entrance. I was waiting in my car as other people were being directed to leave their vehicles. This felt weird to me, but then I was greeted by someone and asked to follow him into his office. I then met Andre, very friendly and helped me through the service process. This was my first time leasing a vehicle, so didn’t really know how that all worked. He also answered questions about registration and even helped me with my Apple Car Play. Which I thought was going above and beyond his daily tasks. Overall I am very pleased and more comfortable going back to the dealership in the future. Now that I know some friendly faces. Thanks for all your help!!!!!

Honestly my 1st visit with Sara left me feeling like maybe it’s worth the trip to go back across town to my old dealership. But on my follow up visit I was fortunate enough to get a new advisor Jose Ramos. He was just wonderful and will be my advisor from now on. Phil was also very nice and although I didn’t get a chance to meet him in person, he was very nice on the phone and made sure my issues were addressed. The work was done very nicely and the loaner car made me want to buy it. The girl at the loaner desk sorry I forgot her name was really sweet too. Thank you guys! Cassandra Phillips

I found my dream car online at night and emailed Enrique with the internet sales team - by the following morning he had responded with all the information I request. I had further questions and he went out to the vehicle to double check every was how it was stated online. The process was easy and I LOVE MY NEW CAR! Thanks Enrique and the rest of the Mercedes-Benz sales team at Beverly Hills :)

I took my vehicle for a recall service and from the minute I drove through the service drive I felt appreciated as a customer. Service advisor ( Andreas ) kept me up to date and vehicle was done and ready when promised. Thanks to everyone for getting my vehicle serviced.

I typically feel good taking my car to this service center. Service is great and the service team take the time to explain issues with the car, even to a me a person that doesn’t know much about them. I appreciate their patience and knowledge. I would like to take off a half star since no loaner cars were available. This has been an issue the last few times I’ve taken my car to this location.

This has been my second time to service my car at Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills Service Center; The first time was really good and the second time not so happy. I brought my car for a check engine light and they told me on the second day after I dropped the car. That was the heat sensor that was causing the check engine light to turn on... the person who helped me said that the repair was in warranty and would not be a charge, they took more then 3 days to get the car ready and they gave us a loaner. My wife and I we were really happy for the service, my wife checked the car... but not really carefully, when my wife returned the loaner the lady that help my wife... she was checking the car like super close and she find a scratch on the rear bumper, like she knew the scratch was there and she charged my wife $400 dollars for the damage. The scratch was not bigger then a quarter of an inch.... it was hard to see it... how she knew the scratch was there? Just be aware before taking a loaner from Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills Service Center, make sure you check the car throughly before signing. I think will cost cheaper to pay the heat sensor repair.... anyhow, is really sad how people cheats and this will be my last day that I bring my car to Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills Service Center.

Desmond Ballard was my service advisor, and he was wonderful at giving me all of the information concerning my car, giving me options while hearing my concerns/needs & providing the best service to get me back up and running in my car. Having the loaner car was a huge bonus so that i could still get to work etc! I’m very appreciative of my service advisor and the overall experience.

Jose Ramos “The Man To See” and Mercedes Benz Beverly Hills, PERIOD!!!!! My car was in on Wed 3-13-19 and out on Fri 3-15-19. I have a 2005 C230 thought I was doing myself a service by taking my car to private, but to no avail. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to this location. Although I have lots of $$$$ to spend to take car my car, my confidence in Jose and Benz of Beverly Hills will make sure this happens. ❤️❤️❤️ them, thank you guys😁

The Beverly Hills Mercedes Benz customer care is fantastic! It's always a pleasure to go there as they really care! The service is great from the friendly greeting as you drive up the service lanes. Today my service person was Babz, who even called the mechanics to find out exactly when the car will be done. All went well and the car was ready exactly at the time promised. The loaner service was friendly as well. Simply the best....just like their cars....

Have not had good experiences here. Last time the person I was working with was checked out and not listening. Kept showing me cars that were the very things I’d just said I didn’t want. Also, they do not make competitive offers for trade-ins nor do they seem to move much on their asking prices. Maybe it’s not worth their time and maybe that showroom is one heck of a monthly bill - I don’t know. But service - real high end service - to me must include genuine mutual respect. The moment you start trying to get too good of a deal for yourself is the moment nothing seems very classy anymore. I’ve only been twice but both times left feeling like they just make up whatever answer they think will get you to do a deal and really don’t care about about people at all. I would avoid and if you can’t then at least double check everything they say. Either that or just let go and don’t worry if your being manipulated. Do the deal they offer, tell yourself it’s a good deal, and drive away happy.
