Needed oil and filter, etc. for an at-home oil change. Everything I needed was located and provided very quickly. Helpful staff went above and beyond to assist in locating some information I requested. Thank you for all your help. It is definitely worth heading out here for yoyr automotive parts needs. It may be a little wonky with recent construction, but the staff it worth visiting.

Great service and pricing on car battery. Much better pricing than all the other auto part stores. They didn't have my car battery but they shipped one from another store same day. Plus they took 10% off the whole deal cuz I'm a veteran.

If I could give zero stars I would. We purchased an ignition coil and several other parts the same say from this Napa less than a year ago. The coil went bad but had a warranty on it. When I called this Napa the man informed me that Napa does not store warrantied items in their system (as does Autozone, O'reilys and Advanced Auto parts). He said we are expected to save our receipt. This sounds ludicrous. What a cheap way to get more money from your customers... Napa should invest in the software needed to provide excellent customer service when it comes to warranties.

Tiny has awesome customer service, we came here a few weeks ago and had to purchase parts for our truck and he was the one who helped us out. Like most places these days where someone sits behind a computer and barely even look's up to acknowledge you as a customer, he engaged with us and had an actual cool conversation, he was funny and all, now that is the customer service that a place of business needs that set's them apart from the rest. People like that keep customers coming back.
