Horrible experience im an nfl.wife who went in on halloween with an i8 to trade in..i have tier one credit told me i couldnt get financed..lol racist finance manager and sales..victoria..did not work on my deal avoid place racist..im currently having a lawyer investigate them

Out of state cash buyer without seeing the car in person. Agreed to a price on the car Thursday. Sent a sizable deposit on Friday. Monday after talking with my accountant I notified them I would begin transferring the money (via international wire). Their response right after was to pressure me to have the money to them by Friday otherwise they would be required to list the car back on the market. My job is considered highly stressful. The last thing I need is someone, who's supposed to be helping me, apply more pressure. Called my local Aston dealer that same Monday and they found exactly the car I wanted, brand new, for just a little more and no pressure added. I can't help but think there might be an alternate motive for pressuring the deal quickly like another out of state buyer review has suggested. If you want to be treated with respect I would avoid this dealer.

After buying several cars from them, they still treat you with disrespect... It took several MONTHS to organize a test drive... I ended up ordering the car from another dealer !

I have to say, there cars are beautiful. I stepped inside 5 different Rolls Royces today. The Dawn Black Badge, Wraith, Ghost and the NEW PHANTOM 8. However, the reason why I gave it a 4 out of 5 was for a very good reason. Staff are nice, BUT there is a problem. It's 1 dealer who is so mean he says this to me: "What are you doing here?" I told him: "What? I'm just looking at cars I'm not even thinking anything else, man. I don't want any trouble here from you ok? The dealer says: "I don't want any trouble too, but I'm stressed out and there are some customers." I wasn't talking to anyone or talking to the customers. I was just minding my own business. After that happened, I was very sad and I was like "Ok, some cocky dealer acting like that to me? I better write this review on why I chose 4 out of 5 stars and hope that I either never see him again or never even go to any car dealership again." So then I left the place really sad and pissed and I talked to my dad about this and he thought that the dealer was thinking that I was annoying people, which was a LIE. However, really friendly people except for the MEAN COCKY DEALER. Excellent service but only 1 Mean dealer. The interior is beautiful. So precise and I had a lot of fun but the 1 thing that ruined my day was that MEAN COCKY STUPID DEALER. This guy is the MOST HARSH, MEAN, AGGRESSIVE, COCKY AND RETARDED Man in the world! I HOPE HE GETS FIRED FOR THIS! I guess I'm never going inside that store EVER again. For life. Bye bye, COCKY DEALER!!!!

Nice people and places. If you are looking for a Lamborghini, Maserati, Bentley or McLaren, they'll be comfortable with that level of service and support. Very good selection of cars available too, which speaks to the commitment these brands demand.

I had a really great experience with this deal and more specifically Adam Garvey. I was hesitant because I am an out of state buyer but the level os service and speed has been amazing. All emails, phone calls, and texts responded to promptly which ultimately closed the deal for me. It is too bad that none of my local dealers can compete on this level....Keep up the good work, thanks again!

The service received from this premium car service company is terrible. My car was finally fixed and repaired after three weeks of wait and lack of communication or possibility to reach my appointed service manager by phone. Once at home I opened the hood due to a stranger noise I found a large wrench and flashlight that was forgotten under the hood from the service technicians. A week later took it for a drive and the service warning light that we fixed, came back on, further two “new” problems occurred that forced us to stop driving. O’gara was contacted and now helped tow the car as a service due to the problems encountered. The car back at service with them and no communication after a week?!! Let me start by saying, Ogara is not the mega super car dealership to trust or that it used to be. I got the car of my dreams a RR, and let me explain to you all, I am young, work hard play harder! I make money and could of bought the car anywhere, but trusted the name I heard about Ogara. Unfortunately this whole situation turned into a nightmare very quickly. By the 3rd month I had the car, issues from door locks not working, remote mail function, my trunk will randomly open out of no where, the massages seats stop working, the screen dash display cover started map functioning, and back up camera stoped working. Dropped the car off for 3 weeks, and they “fixed” most things. The following week the screen dash board, locks and back up camera started acting up again. So again that month I took the car back in, this time around they said it was all fixed. Well it wasn’t, with in a month my RR started giving me warnings not to drive the car due to fuel injection issues, my power steering wheel stop functioning mid drive and now my side camera stoped working. The ogara management is not to be trusted. The Ogara dealership certification for the car means “SCAM”. Don’t spend hundreds of thousands of dollars here and get issue!! Buy your car else where! Save the headache. In 9 months my car was probably at the service for 50 days or so. They have 2 dealerships one in Wilshire and one on Pico, stay away from both! Save the hustle and trouble! If you buying these cars you make enough money to understand that nothing is worth dealing with car issues on the RR... buy/lease elsewhere. Don’t make the mistake I made. It’s been 10 months in total and it’s only getting worse.
