One of the few services where you do not have to wait for a long delivery of goods. I know where you can buy cheaper, but I am not ready to wait a week until my order is delivered. I'd rather order from you.

This company started off well until my mechanic tried to install my bumper and reinforcement. The bumper did not fit and the holes of the reinforcement were wrong. I waited a month for my parts just to find out they did not fit. So I went back and forth through emails with this company so they can make my parts correct this time. I had to send photos of my vehicle parts as well as their vehicle parts and measured each part. They do not accept VIN numbers which would have made this process easier and faster with no miscommunication. It has now been 3 months since this whole thing started and they either do not pick up my phone calls or tell me that their email system is down or tell me that management is not in. If you want to go through a long journey of receiving your parts then continue with your purchase, otherwise go to a auto body shop. Now to the review. I bought the correct part and even went through the OEM Part #'s with one of your representatives. She was very helpful but could not figure out the reason on why your part was not fitting my vehicle. So I did not buy the wrong part what so ever. I would be glad to return the parts back but you do not give refunds on painted items so why return something if I do not get my money back. However I am still waiting on my reinforcement.

I liked the store very much, made a selection of all spare parts for Toyota, at prices with delivery it was cheaper than where it was a regular customer. One bearing didn’t fit, it turned out that the former owner of the car apparently had installed not the native hubs and struts, made a return, changed it without any problems to those that came up. Yes, I immediately bought all the spare parts (oil, filter) made a discount. I recommend the store. Thank.

Buyer beware - very poor experience This company has been a nightmare since the part arrived. I bought a painted hood to be shipped to my home and the price was good, but the part arrived damaged. I contacted them immediately via E-mail with no response. I tried several times to call and could never talk to a manager or get any one to call me back. Then, TWO WEEKS after the delivery of the part, they send me an email with my shipping confirmation and the instructions to inspect all parts for damage and to refuse delivery if parts are damaged. They also conveniently include in the fine print that they are not responsible for damaged parts if you accept delivery. These instructions obviously came to late to be of use to me. They accepted no responsibility for their role in the damage of my order and did absolutely nothing to help. I ended up turning them in for fraud and had the cost of the damaged hood successfully charged back to my card. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. This company has no integrity towards problems they had a part in creating. BEWARE - this company doesn't care about your satisfaction and offers NO SUPPORT if things go wrong. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
