This was my first visit to Phil Long Lincoln. We are just moving here from the Dallas, TX area and my Navigator needed maintenance servicing. Daniel, my new service adviser, was great to work with. He helped me with ways to save money, and provided the first rate service my vehicle needed and I've come to expect from the Lincoln family. And I didn't have any of my service records with me. So, he even called my previous service adviser in Plano, TX just to make sure we were only performing necessary maintenance on the vehicle. He told me up front what to expect and when to expect completion. There were no "surprises" and the work was done on the promised schedule. Really appreciate Daniel's service, and am going to recommend to my wife that she also use Daniel for her service adviser for the other Lincoln vehicle in our family.

I just happened to be in Colorado Springs on business and thought I would try to get a quick oil change. I really didn’t think they would be able to get me in but Jordan the service manager was very nice and got the oil change done in less than 30 minutes! I would highly recommend them! I will also be having them do all services from here on out! The Cimino family has been a legend in southern Colorado for many years. I’m so happy that they’ve been able to continue this tradition.

I purchased my car from here a little over a year ago. Robert Strange helped me find the perfect car that fit me. He was very knowledgeable and patient as I looked for cars. I had such a great experience that I referred my mother to Robert, and she purchased a Lincoln and my son also purchased a Ford from Robert at Phil’s Long Lincoln. Everyone there is friendly and ready to answer any and every question you have.

They gave me a great loaner while my car was getting worked on free of charge! And even tho I wasn't planning on buying anything. The sales guy let me test drive another car when I came to get mine. I know dealerships hate putting miles on the inventory. Ive had dealerships flat out refuse to allow a test drive even when I really was trying to buy something! So I will definitely remember this when I am in a position to get another car or recommend a place to go. A little extra effort goes a long way, Thanks a lot Prices are a little high tho. I need a few parts I cant find anywhere else. They quoted a replacement FCIM at 1500$ for what should be a simple button replacement on any other car. If anyone reading this can help me get a better deal on this and a few other electrical parts. I would really be blown away

I recently purchased my 2019 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve from Phil Long Lincoln. My husband and I were treated so well throughout the whole experience. We worked mainly with Chris Kucharski who explained the car to us in great detail. We drove several of the cars before making a final decision. We then worked with Eric the Sales Manager in finalizing our price and we were very satisfied with the price. This is a very professional place to buy a car with no pressure salesmen. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Lincoln. Most of all.. I love my Lincoln Nautilus!! It is a luxurious car and a wonderful ride. If you’re looking for an SUV consider this one and buy from them. You won’t be sorry!

I had my oil changed, tires rotated, and an alignment at the Lincoln center in Colorado Springs. Everything went according to plan and I waited one hour and 45 minutes to get it all done. Daniel was friendly and knowledgeable about my Ford Ranger. I had bought a coupon book the year before that had multiple oil changes in it and will purchase it again when it goes on sale.

I came in for an oil change and check up without an appointment, because I was told it was not necessary. The gentleman with whom I worked with was polite and accommodating. I left the car for a couple of hours. It had not been washed as promised, but he took care of it as soon as he realized it had not been done. I was satisfied with the service which is better than in the past.

I recently bought a car from this dealership. Francesca was our sales person. She was very sweet and efficient. We bought the car over the phone from over 300 miles away and she made it easy. Deliver plans did not fall into place so we decided to make a quick getaway weekend trip to pick it up. Overall I would recommend this dealership. Ask for Francesca and you will be in good hands. 😊

My friends ask why I bought from Phil Long when there are 3 other Lincoln dealers closer to home. It's because they had the best follow up, the best pricing, and the best financing. The purchase was actually made online - the car wasn't on the lot, so Chris ordered the exact new car that I wanted. All I had to do was sign the papers when I picked up the car. It was that easy.
