We were treated with the utmost respect and kindness by the staff here. Dealing with the aftereffects of any automobile accident is hard enough as it is, but Ernie and Amy especially (on the collision side) were notable for their time, effort and support of our quest for deciding whether to pursue repairs or not. They work with almost every insurance company imaginable. We will also be bringing our replacement vehicle here (auto repair/maintenance side) in the future!

I had my Truck fixed there a couple of years ago from a accident on the Leftside and my back door Passenger side still doesn't close RIGHT. I will find another Auto Car place.

They took great care of my 22 year old car, which is now driving like new. They made sure everything was fixed and there were no leaks. They kept me informed about what needed to be done, were friendly, professional and very fair. The price was very competitive and way below the dealer's. I will go back and am recommending them to all my friends.

I had an appointment at 9:30 AM. Got there maybe 10 minutes early and waited for 15 minutes. This alone is bad; but while I was waiting two other people came in, without appointments, and were helped immediately. Plenty of other places that actually want to work on my car.

We've been here before and they do a good job at repairing what they say they will repair. However, we came in today for a quote and received subpar customer service. The receptionist with dark hair was utterly rude. From the start, her tone was condescending and she answered our genuine questions with sarcasm and attitude. We told her we came in for a quote and she claimed in an annoyed manner that the insurance we're going through made their own quotes. She asked a higher ranking employee who corrected her, yet no apology was made to us. I politely asked her for a water bottle which they keep next to the reception desk and got bluntly ignored. Throughout the rest of the conversation she rolled her eyes at us multiple times as well. I was pretty surprised because they have never treated us like this before. The employee who gave us the quote was very well-mannered and polite (thank you Glenn). It is just a shame how one employee could stain the company's customer satisfaction this drastically, to the point where I felt the need to write my first bad review.

A few years ago, I brought my car to this body shop after being recommended by a friend. They performed great work extremely quickly. After having the displeasure of having my car hit again, I came back to Quanz. This time did not go as well. My repair took over twice as long as originally estimated and was never done properly. As it turned out, they never installed the interior door handle and power lock assembly correctly. This lead to a squeak that was very apparent while closing the door and while driving. Daniel Quanz claimed he could never hear the squeak. I brought the car back four times to allow him to attempt to find and fix the problem. The problem was never fixed and they ended up making things worse. Upon the last “repair” they did, the door didn’t even lock. The shop broke trim pieces and clips on the car and hoped I wouldn’t notice. They didn’t reinstall door insulation AT ALL and never could fix the problem. I took my Accord to the Honda dealership and they discovered and fixed the problem immediately. At least Daniel was kind throughout the whole matter but the shop did inexcusably bad work. My father coincidentally was involved in a crash only two days after mine. Before my ordeal occurred, I also recommended he bring in his car to this shop. His repair went better but Quanz forgot to even repair the door handles. This was never written up on the estimate nor fixed despite being hit in the accident. To summarize: they took twice as long as quoted, installed broken parts, didn’t reinstall certain parts at all, installed parts incorrectly, and didn’t repair parts that were involved in the accident. I have to recommend you take your car somewhere else.

Excellent service! I went in after grazing my car against a shopping cart guard and was helped by Joseph Padilla. He was very nice and really cared to help me with my problem. He was able to completely buff out the scuff as a courtesy!

Took our 2011 Honda Accord Crosstour to Quanz on Eagle Ranch in Albuquerque for repairs to the front end that was damaged when avoiding a deer strike that resulted in an off-road experience. Our Quanz rep, Ernie, kept us informed of the progress of the repairs and delivered the fully restored vehicle to us within the estimated time to repair. The vehicle looks like "it never happened."
