Self Defense Atlanta, Atlanta, USA, April 2024

I took Self Defense Atlanta's 7 week self defense class. I have done other similar trainings in the past but I must say this program was excellent! Their instructors were very knowledgeable and used a practical, no-nonse approach to teach how to stay safe in different situations. I highly recommend this training.
