I took Self Defense Atlanta's 7 week self defense class. I have done other similar trainings in the past but I must say this program was excellent! Their instructors were very knowledgeable and used a practical, no-nonse approach to teach how to stay safe in different situations. I highly recommend this training.

Absolutely LOVE this place!! Perti is Ah-mazing! I'm on my 3rd out of 7 lessons, and I've learned a lot. A lot of the training is mental as well as, physical. Love, love, love the training! Can't wait to learn more!
