I went from struggling catching the bus, trying catch hacks... to being the one giving hacks. THE STRUGGLE IS OVER.
This is the worst car dealership i have ever seen in my life. Staff does not know thier job.They called me that i am approved for financing through thier bank.When i went there i was told all the details about the down payment and monthly payment of the car i wanted.We agreed on 1000$ down and 460$ a month on a toyota Camry.IWhen i wanted to test drive they told me its not ready come ba k tommorow. I called them the next day that i was coming, Please make the car ready.I took uber spent 50$ to go to the show room.the car isaw was a fully covered in dust in interior and exterior. was not drive able. they told me that thier detail guy is off today so they will clean a little bit to make it driveable and i should come back satureday to have full detail. I even agreed to that, then they told one of thier staff to clean it. he refusef straight away and said its not his job and they started fighting.Eventually someone wiped the dirt off the steering wheel and i was able to test drive car didnot have any fuel in it . again thier staff refused to add any fuel to the car .GM Managed to put 5$ fuel in the car some how. long story short when i did tezt drive and agreed to purchase the car. Finance guy told me that your down payment increases to$2700. I asked him why did it changed i was told that owner has a bi polar personality he keeps on changining things.So i ended up not buying the car from them. They are liars, absolutely non professional. i have not seen any customer on thier store when i was there.i was wondering why , they had nice cars but now i know why. I would suggest never ever go to this place if you want to buy a car you will end up wasting your time. they deserve minus stars
I bought a car from this company about 3 months ago and can i just say they have top notch service, they got me in a reliable car and the people who work there didn't give up on getting me in a car after years of bad credit it's been really hard to finance a car.
The pretty lady that works there name starts with an L good god she cute and informative about cars

Just bought a Nissan Altima from them and it runs GREAT and is in good condition and clean. If i ever need another car, i will be returning to them, great customer service...
If I could rate 0 stars i would. All of the staff had no idea what they were doing. These people were a complete waste of time and are con artists!
Sina Auto has redefined the car buying experience. The rock bottom pricing and smooth and seamless transactions were awesome. Ask for Mike T. when you go to purchase a vehicle as he was knowledgeable and honest. Would use again.
