We ALWAYS use local businesses here in Smyrna. We have been without a shower for 3 months now because the first time Smyrna Glass came out to measure they didn't get the right measurements, glass came and didn't fit,. They came out again and the second time they say they lost the measurements but we had to call and ask finally after 3 weeks if we were ever going to get our glass. They finally have came out the third time and we are still waiting. Not only have they not delivered on installing our glass they never answer the phone and their VM is always full. We have also sent several emails and don't get an answer. We did call their supplier and got a call back really fast from Von cursing us out about calling his glass distributor and asking when our glass would be finished.

I needed a custom cut, bronze tint protective tempered glass for my antique wood dining table. First off, they NEVER answer the phone. I did, however receive a callback the next day. I set up a time for them to come out, but they did not show on the appointment date. Jeff did call earlier while I was at to work to give me that price quote. In Jeff's voicemail, he never said they weren't coming out. From then on it's been texting (which, for $565, seems a bit unprofessional). I overlooked that because, oh well, things change over the years..especialy with technological advances. The problem came with scheduling. Mind you, I'm only communicating with Jeff via text because they never answer their phones. Even though I felt the price was a little steeper than the competition, I decided to go with them because of familiarity (in 2006 they did a great job on my glass shower doors). I specifically texted times that I could meet with them at my house and requested they come out and do a template for cutting. Two days later Jeff sends a text letting me know that they can come on the 7th. He gave me NO time frame. I responded by telling him I'd be available at 3:45 (remember I already texted Jeff my available times). I told Jeff I wish he'd told me earlier because I specifically told him the available times two days prior in a detailed message. He said ok at the time, so I thought everything was a go for the project. Irritated and fed up with their ghetto way of conducting business, I also told him that in lieu of the fact that they really seem indifferent to perform the services for me, I'd look at another company who'd appreciate my business (especially since I was spending $565). Jeff's response was, "Your choice." This company acts as if they are doing you a favor. DON'T waste your time. They are rude, arrogant, and dismissive (at least Jeff is). There's plenty of competition in Atlanta. Go where your patronage is apprecia

Excellent customer service. I would recommend this company to all my family and friends. Jeff is very pleasant to work with and gave me suggestions that made our bathroom looks awesome. Absolutely love my frame-less shower doors and my new mirrors. thanks Jeff.
