I started in the Dry Clean industry in 2000. I bought Spiffy’s in July of 2005. My children are Grant (13) and Avery (11). Grant has started working at the counter this summer to start to understand what a good work ethic consists of. I believe in giving our customers the best product we can offer and taking care of their every need. We like to get to know our customers and always try to call them by name.

Great quality and friendly faces. Finally a Cleaner that does a great job on my dress shirts.

For some reason Tulsa seems to have an high overall dry cleaning cost. They did a fair job here on my men's suit ($13) and a woman's dress ($13). Men's deess shirts were priced at ($6) each and wedding dressses at ($100). They run weekly specials on different items. I would go back, but will definitely call around first to shop for pricing.

Took my dress to them over two weeks ago. I was told that it would be done the next day, now over two weeks later and I am still trying to get information out of the staff over my dress and when it will exactly be done. However, I continue to receive e-mails saying that my dress is done. The first time I actually drove out there to pick it up and was told that it was actually not done. The next three times I got an e-mail I would always call to make sure it was actually done before going out there again, it was never actually done. Horrible customer service and the staff never seems to know what is going on. There were two times I called, they said they would go find out because my dress wasn't even there at that time and call me back, which they never did. I had to call them and they still did not have an answer.
