I am doing my pre-op appt and bloodwork. Scheduled my appt and was checked in on time! Everyone is so nice!

Went in to get a full shoulder replacement of my left shoulder. Dr. Bradley Edwards did the procedure and did an absolutely amazing job. So clear and thorough on explaining everything that had to be done. Was a great experience. Hats off to a great hospital, a great doctor and a great staff. And the food was amazing also. Overall, a very, very pleasurable experience.
They did my neck surgery and they didn't leave me it pain they address all my questions without making me feeling stupid. They listened to all my many complaints and addressed them till I was satisfied. Dr Jack B.Williamson was the best...his office people were the best.
Clean, bright, friendly and helpful staff. Great doctors,surgeons and other medical staff. All real pros. Older building so facilities are somewhat awkward to navigate. Restrooms are all one-at-a_time so you may want to learn where they are if use is urgent and you need an option.
I stayed overnight after a shoulder replacement. The staff and nurses and doctors were excellent both pre and post surgery. The night staff was very attentive and I received excellent care. Loved Dr. Edwards and the anesthesiology department made me feel very comfortable.
My son just had surgery there on Wednesday, and let me tell you! From a scared mothers point of view... this was the BEST place I could have gone.. the day surgery staff were amazing! Everyone made us feel like we’re at home.. the food In the food court was AMAZING ( coming from a VERY picky eater ) They have this beeper thing you can carry around the hospital while your person is in surgery, so your not just STUCK in the waiting room.. my sons surgery was over before my meal was finished and the nice lady that signed us in was going to replace my money for the meal ( I didn’t do it, but it was offered :) ) Doc Brock was amazing as well!!!
My mother had a knee replacement surgery here and the staff and doctors were wonderful and very attentive! A week later, my mom fell in the shower and broke the femur directly above the knee surgery. It was a horrible situation all around and my mother was in excruciating pain and my family completely shaken. I cant imagine a better hospital for her to be at. Even with a language barrier, the nurses and doctors did their best to explain everything in full and make my mom feel as comfortable as possible. I am so grateful to texas orthopedic and all its staff for taking such great care of my mom. The food is great, the rooms are great but i just cannot thank them enough for their amazing patient care!!
