Very bad customer service! The owner is rude and not customer oriented. Take your business somewhere else. Do not buy your batteries for your scooter of bike here! They are completely overpriced. Go on Amazon, batteries around 20-30$ max these ppl charging 100$+!

Fast, efficient and pleasant. A bit expensive, 60$ labor price for one tire change on a scooter. It's a 15 min job.

I needed a rear tire replaced on my scooter. Bill gave me a reasonable quote and they had it ready for me the next day, for exactly the price we discussed. I've been looking for a local shop. Easy to deal with and the price was right.

Great experience! First Scooter... never driven one before and completely clueless other than what color I wanted! Seriously he took 20 min giving me a crash course in the parking lot... didn't rush me.... didn't seem irritated... just genuine and so helpful!! Would recommend!!

There seems to be something very wrong with the Owner of this business.I purchased a scooter from them last year. The young lady that works there is great. He on the other hand has zero customer service skills and even to the point of just rude and indifferent when asked a simple question.I noticed last year his tone over the phone and chalked it up just having a bad day,but on my very next call to have first service he was abrupt again over the phone.I asked about scheduling service and he gave me time and quickly said you are coming..right??? I said yes sir that's why I'm called to get time for appointment. When I came for appointment time 20 mins early he hadn't put me into the system. The last visit he seems to bipolar or something.I will never spend a dime at this place again for anything.Stay away from this business that doesn't know how to treat customers.

I have been a customer of Twist 'n Scoot for over 10yrs. I purchased two new scooters from them over this time frame and have had many service visits over the years (~$10k in total spent at the shop). They had a great mechanic (Wayne) for a long time who is now gone. A couple of years ago (2016) I had a less than stellar experience with a major service visit and posted about it on the Modernbuddy forums (I have also posted many positive things about them on the forum - I am an equal opportunity poster - good and bad) . Recently I had a major failure on my bike and contacted T&S to see about having the bike worked on. I was told by the owner since I had posted something negative on the forums they no longer wanted to work on my bike. Not exactly the response you expect from a 10yr relationship. In any event I won't be darkening the entry doors at T&S again. Think carefully about where you buy.... As a rebuttal to the shop owners comment below. The "cracked panel" referred to was damaged by the shop when they spilled brake fluid on it which caused the paint to peel off (it wasn't cracked). Nothing was said by them about it even though my bikes are always in pristine condition. I had to ask about it to get it rectified. As for the tire, there was no "recommendation", the wrong size was put on without asking me. I found out about it after going to pick the bike up, and only then by looking at the tire and noticing it wasn't the OEM size. Yes, they fixed the issues, but not without me having to ask about it.

So far so good trying to see if they can change my scooter tire. I'll let you know how it turns out?

They over charge you and tell you things are wrong when they are not. How do I know. I went to another scooter shop and got a completely different opinion when i needed my scooter fixed
