If you're going to go somewhere to buy a car, this is the place. The staff is amazing and make you really feel comfortable and not pressured. The finance department was amazing. This is the only place I would go to buy a car, now and in my future

Vista Ford does a great job keeping my '99 Ford Expedition running like new. They handle the challenges of a twenty year old SUV as smoothly as one of their newer models. I had a repair had required ordering parts and was still in-and-out in 1 day. They're friendly, courteous and thorough. Looks like they even washed my vehicle! A++++++

As far as dealerships go, they do alright. Folks are pretty nice and they are good within return phone calls. I have now had two oil changes there and warranty work done a few times on my F-150. They always do a nice job cleaning my truck for me. Only problem is they always say they checked my tire pressure and log it at 35. My tire pressure was actually above 40 each time and that was after my tires cooled down. That makes me wonder what else they didn’t really do but said they did. This has happened twice now. I know for sure what my tire pressure is because I raise it when towing my RV.

Great people to start with at service check in. Very nice and well equipped waiting lounge and amenities. Finished job always as described before and on time. And a complementary car wash to tap it off. Fast and cordial check out. All with a complementary shuttle service. What more to ask for??

Let me start by saying, I hate car shopping and I would rather visit the dentist than a dealership. But I was surprised when everything went so smoothly at Vista. First Rich Barry was kind and accommodating. No pressure and honest, something very hard to come by at any dealership. I went home to think about it and decided to buy from Vista. When I went back Rich couldn't be there so he passed us off to Joe Ruotolo. Joe was amazing. Again, no pressure just honesty. We were out of the dealership is just over an hour after the test drive. This is unheard of but it did happen, true story. IF YOU FIND ANY DEAL, ANYWHERE, GIVE VISTA A CHANCE TO MEET IT. It will be worth your time. Any time I'm looking for a vehicle, Vista will be my first and, hopefully, my last stop.

The service department is wonderful.. been coming here for a year and Stewart the service advisor had been great with all my car needs. I Will be bringing all my cars here. It's definitely worth the drive for great customer care.

We had an incredible experience working with Arron and Merissa. They were so helpful and patient with us through out the whole process. We started with looking at the F-150. But ended up getting the Navigator. WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! We never felt pressured and got a great deal! We were treated the same way no matter kind of car we were looking at. You can’t go wrong going to Vista personal and friendly!

Stewart was terrific and Paul is always great. The nice lady at the service desk is a gem. I do have one question. When I bought the car, I was told it had Red Cap service and that when I needed to bring it in, they would pick it up, leave a loaner, and return it when finished. No one offered Red Cap unless I was willing to wait 3 weeks - which I wasn't. I was grateful for the loaner. I live alone and have only 1 car so service appointments are always challenging for me. The Red Cap service was a feature that really appealed to me & I hope it's going to return.
