Salespeople were quite knowledgeable. Huge inventory. Lots of cool and exotic BMWs you don't see often like the i8 or m4 cs. Good food too.

If I could give half of a star, I would. I will start off by saying the service advisors are great guys, Jason, Craig, a few of the many guys, during my 5-6 WARRANTY visits were just fantastic. As far as the guys in the back I only dealt with Luis who was also beyond the standards of what Winslow BMW deserves solely due to his knowledge, willingness to help and his customer service skill. The shop foreman (who had utter disgust and rolled his eyes at me after seeing my car for the 6th time) and the service manager themselves are sub par and do not know anything regarding customer satisfaction or finding the proper solution to a problem. (Maybe you should be better at your job and we wouldn’t have contacted BMW of the entire COUNTRY) After several trips to Winslow BMW with my fairly new under factory warranty 2016 X5, I was fed up with not having my car after 5 or 6 times with it being in the shop, due to a “unknown issue”. Finally after BMW North America was contacted by the dealership after Winslow had spent over $10,000 in warranty work with no solution to my original issue which was a strange sound coming from the transfer case/drive shaft area, they decided that it was a BMW engineering design with the transfer case. The transfer case contains a chain that propels the vehicle when your foot is off the gas to improve gas efficiency, well the chain gains slack over time and grinds on the inside of the transfer case. A new transfer case was put on by Winslow BMW and I test drove it and heard the sound. After the foreman and service manager told me that because Phil Winslow and the dealership have spent so much money on warranty work, they would not leave me the new transfer case and that I basically just have to deal with the issue. With such a elaborate story that I remember extremely well because of how irritated I was, I don’t think there’s going to be a defense from the person who reviews these. So please don’t try as there may be pending action to the dealership. This was decided only after my business on the same BMW X5 was rejected by Steve, one of the sales managers there. Because I requested for my car to be taken in on trade towards another vehicle at which point a sales member was sent out as the messenger to tell me “we are not purchasing your type of vehicle at this particular time”. Right...as if a 2016 or newer BMW X5 is not a mainstream vehicle that Winslow BMW Buys, sells, or trades. Absolute garbage, and I refuse to do business or recommend anyone to Winslow BMW. Sorry. I hope this finds Ryan or whomever is looking over these, well.

I just inquired about a price on a used vehicle with what I was willing to pay since this dealership is 5k higher than anyone else in the state and I received an email with the same price as the website! I prefer to keep my money local since I live in the Springs versus going to Denver but obviously this dealership doesn't want to sell cars unless they can sell to an uneducated customer who they can rake over the coals. I will advise everyone I know to steer clear of this place.. Thanks for nothing! Response to ownership: That makes absolutely no sense! Mission and Dignity?? What's the mission to take advantage of customers to the tune of 5K more than anywhere else in the state? Your automatic response was the same price as your Sales reps second response so get the facts straight. Furthermore arguing with a customer over a review is a real great look for a business and hopefully everyone will read this and head to Denver so their not taken advantage of..

Both of my visits to Winslow BMW for service have been fast and professional. My issue was covered under factory warranty, and Bryce was very accommodating by giving me a beautiful X3 to drive while they work on my vehicle. I have an extended warranty on my 335i that I bought from EchoPark, so I will be using Winslow for my service needs in the years to come.

Had some service work done here, service advisor was helpful good job, but when it came to getting my car I was told it's out front and I had to try to find it ( it was a cold an snowy day) but told if I couldn't find it to come back inside and then they'd try to locate my car for me. I've gotten better service at Phil Long Ford for sure

Awful service, way overpriced and the oil change just increased from $125 to $146 and they do nothing extra except for send me a report after I’ve already left that says I have an engine oil leak. Find a different shop like Automotive Imports. I’m done with BMW at this point (this was my second BMW) I’ll go get a Lexus since they have such a high reliability rating and I can get the oil change at any Toyota.

I bought my very first NEW car from Phil Winslow when I was 19. At the time they were Phil Winslow Wolkswagens BMW.... An adorable 1990 white on white Cabriolet. Had it delivered to MY house on a flat bed truck from Boulder! I'll never forget how special they made me feel! I have a BMW now and have gone to them for several items in the past. Always quickly get your item ordered and in their shop right away... And that's on the rare occasion to item isn't in Stock! This time I called for a tow hook that went missing from the trunk tool holder. Hopefully someone from the shop will see my comments. I missed my 'its in the shop call' and I haven't had a chance to call or stop to pick it up yet. If you're reading this...I'll see you tomorrow! Thanks so much for all your years of service.... Big and small!

Had a great experience with their service department. Needed a few things fixed and they were really nice and super professional. Got to work with Jason and Craig. Really good communicators at each step of the process. Would highly recommend working with them.

Very helpful staff in the parts department. She spent 15 minutes going through diagrams trying to help me identify the part i needed. The showroom had some awesome cars. My experience with the service department has been brief but they are very knowledgeable and radiate enthusiasm.

Revised: Not sure what happened to the web form. I have an email confirmation if that helps. Received a call today and was more than impressed with how quickly the issue was resolved. Car is getting serviced tomorrow. Thanks. Not sure how to rate them. Had some recall work performed in Nov. 2018. Great experience. I was truly impressed. I've been trying all week to talk to a service advisor for an oil change and no one answers the phone. I sent a message via the website and received an automated reply saying someone will call me back per my request. Still no reply? What has changed in such a short time? Why the lack of follow up? Have a trip to PHX next weekend and desperately need to get my oil changed. Maybe this review will prompt a reply?
