Sometimes it takes the staff a minute to warm up to you, but I trust em and wouldn't go anywhere else.
Super nice and knowledgeable, did not talk down even though I am a bike newb.
The staff is always super friendly, helpful, and quick. Products in the store can be a bit pricy but service is highly competitive and reasonable. I only go here for anything related to my bike!

Wonderful bicycle store. My grandson was able to find the perfect bike. The entire staff was great and helped us with all of the questions we had.
Needed a brake cable repair. This place was clean and organized, had a friendly staff, made the repair while I waited, and charged a reasonable price. It was an excellent experience for my first time there.

Great service. Always friendly. Walked in on a Saturday afternoon with a chain stuck in between back gears. Walked out 30 min. later with bike fixed.
