East Side Pedal Pushers is a full-service independent bike dealer with a focus on commuting and touring. After a life-changing bike tour, owner Lee Gresham decided he wanted to share his enthusiasm for cycling with the rest of the world. The original East Side Pedal Pushers location opened on East 6th Street in 2002.

Lee and Fry and crew did a complete overhaul on my GFs 1967 purple Schwinn Hollywood townie adding new purple rims and WHITEWALL tires !!! It looks fantastic 🚴‍♀️

Phenomenal staff and team. They did an excellent job on my bike, these guys are the only team I’ll visit when I need a tune up on my bike.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they knew what I needed & were very knowledgeable about what I was doing. I will be returning to Pedal Pushers again because of their great service, and I will recommend them to everyone I know, that have any bicycle needs...👍

I like this place, I walked in thinking about what I wanted and got some expert advice on tires. I'm really happy with the tires that were advised and they roll really smoothly but are hardy enough for Austin glass-ridden bike lanes. Labor was cheap too

This place rules. So many custom (& basic) components, ALL such nice dudes, do fast & great work, reasonably priced - everything you'd hope for in a bicycle shop. Have been there half a dozen times now and have nothing but praise.

Only Great things to say about this place. Special shout out to David on helping me out with my first bike purchase. I was treated with great care and honesty and I couldn’t ask for a better place to continue to give my business to. Thanks guys!

Dropped two bikes off: one for a build and my commuter to be tuned up. The commuter has literally never run so smooth. So ecstatic to ride that thing now. The build up was fantastic, the folks at the shop really helped walk me through considerations on fit. Even offered to have me back for a tune up even though I didn’t buy the bike from them. Really great neighborhood shop.

Always friendly, never not weird. Cool spot in a booming location. Staff is knowledgeable and seem to know how bikes work. Lee helped me out with tires he didn't have in stock and since I don't shop online, this really made my day. I'm happy knowing I'll keep spending money here.

I entered East Side Pedal Pushers Monday morning without a clue as to the proper bike for myself. Ben helped me out so much with finding the right size, style, quality, brand, pricing, EVERY detail I needed to know! The shop is super cool and they have a great selection of new bikes, used bikes, & TONS of accessories. Keep up the great work Pedal Pushers!
