These guys really care about the customer. After being turned down by 2 different bike shops previously for truing my bicycle tire, Mike at bike farm worked some magic and fixed it . I was told by the previous bike shops that it wasn't fixable and I would have to buy a new rim which ranged from $45-$85. Bike farm saved me money today and expressed excellent customer service and support. I had to drive from Kyle as well and it was totally worth it. Thanks guys!

This is the best bike shop I've seen in Austin, the guys over there know everything ther is about the bikes & what you can & cannot do. The setup being outside is a breath of fresh air, no pushy salesman.

Decent service decent selection but i’m Simply not satisfied with the fact that they choose to only recycle cardboard while improperly disposing of all the other recycling available waste products such as tires(dozens in trash) and even large plastic storage containers, the stuff even kids know goes in recycling. Rather opposite from this city’s personality to be intentionally wasteful. I was scolded by a staff member when all I was doing was placing mentioned plastic container into recycling... which, for the record, was posted on a notice upon the recycling dumpster that IT WAS FIT FOR RECYCLING. Scolding a person for trying to recycle.
If you’re going through town and need a quick fix (...talking about bikes people) then this joint is perfect. Folks are down to earth, they love their work and they also allow pups :) Great vibe and a solid business that goes above and beyond. Thanks guys!
