Dr. Kermani can speak 6 languages, he is very diversified. Dr. Kermanis new staff has made a big difference with patient care in the last 6 months the office has had a big turn around and we have very happy patients who are receiving excellent and attentive care. Inez in processes the referrals and patients receive them within 2 weeks of request. Ellie is at the front desk and is very pleasant and helpful to all patients needs and is always empathetic. The new office manager Parissa has had a big effect on this change she has gotten the office very organized and ensures patients leave the office pleased with the care that they have received. Jen the MA for Dr. Kermani greets patients pleasantly and ensures the patients are prepared for the doctor in a timely manner. They all have had a hand in turning this office around to reflect what a wonderful provider Dr. Kermani is.

Extremely hard to seek for medical assistance. I just got medical insurance for my daughter and he was listed as her PCP. She’s been vomiting for a week now. I called for the last 2 days and no one answered! I finally received a call back but they left a voicemail. When I called back, again no one answered. Definitely wouldn’t recommend him if you have a child. Switched doctors and I am content with how fast their service is!

What a change in physician care. My husband's first impression is that Dr Kermani is what we call the old time Dr to patient care. He listens and is very thorough with his checkups. He'll gain your trust regarding excellent medical care.

This office has made a BIG change.! The front desk gentleman answers the phone and returns calls.! The front speaks Spanish.! Im happy with the new changes this office has made from the front desk to the referral department.! I will def recommend Dr. Kermani to my friends and family.!

I honestly whole hearted can say I've had one of my best experiences with his front desk Nurse Carlos. He brings a level of professionalism that exceeds anyone else I've delt with before. He is very sincere, polite, respectful, knowledgeable in the medical field as there comes. I always look forward to visiting with him before appointments. DR. BEN Kermani has a delicate personable way about that is unmatched by any other doctor.

My husband and I have been patients for over two years and while we were impressed with the doctor, it was often quite difficult to communicate with staff. That is history! Do not read reviews over a few months old as this office has made an abrupt turn-around. You will LOVE the trained staff and the doctor. They are efficient, friendly (yep!) and knowledgeable. There is a new patient portal and appointment requests and referrals are quick and efficiently handled.

It was a great pleasure dealing with Carlos at the front desk. He is so helpful and fast with returning phone calls and answering questions you might have. Truly very compassionate and you can tell he truly cares about his patients. Dr Kermani cares about his patients and listens to your questions and concerns you may have regarding your care and I highly recommend his office.
