I am so frustrated. I have been trying since December to get a pelvic floor rebuild, and hysterectomy at the same time. nope, wont do the hysterectomy so I settle for the pelvic floor rebuild.I am old past menopause and have uterus problems and a history of ovarian cancer in my immediate family. I have jumped thru hoops to get this done as my insurance runs up in March. Send me here and here, come back in and pay a co-pay each time. I am done with this Office. Yes, I went and had a mammogram as suggested. All clear. No cancer. I do not have time for their Joan Katz consultation as I am busy, but no, still won't do surgery. Went to my old doctor and he had it scheduled in 4 days, but come to find out his hospital does not take my insurance. I go back to Rippeda. Now, no time to jump thru their hoops. I try and get an appointment with other doctor in practice, maybe he will do all of it? But no, I have to have his nurse clear me to even talk to his nurse to get an appointment. Ho can i start over before mid March. 3 more co pays, testing etc etc etc. So, they next 5 years I will suffer greatly, until I can pay for the surgery costs and every time I use the restroom or have sex, I will scream because I could not have the surgery, I will say the doctor is very nice and kind, but no action. Go to another clinic for results, please.
