Checked in 2 minutes late. Recorded by smart phone. Lady told me, after 7 minutes of checking me in, 7 minutes late. I complained. Waited 45 minutes, as I was bumped. Unreal. Love the doctor however. What do I rate this????

Loved this place. I was very nervous but they were kind and made it so much more pleasant than I had expected. The front desk was kind and quick. I was nervous about getting blood taken but the nurse made it better by talking to me and I for the first time when getting blood drawn did not even feel it. My doctor was great made everything easy to understand, he had a great bedside manor an finally I got a proper diagnosis after years so I am forever greatful to the whole team.

I requested my new patient packet to be emailed to me. They mailed it instead so I didn't get it. They refused to see me because I didn't have the packet. It took 2 months to get this appointment. And I drove and hour and half to been seen. Now I have to 5 weeks for another appointment. Most places will let you fill out the paperwork when your waiting to be seen. Very disappointed with the wheatridge office.

Dr. Nicole Swavely and her medical staff are very good!!! They’ve helped with my pain so much and she listens to you. She was able to confirm what the problem was in just a few minutes. My quality of life has improved so much. Very profession and very caring. If there is a change in medication her staff will call and talk with you. I have more strength and freedom of movement in just a few weeks. The admin staff were very thorough and helpful. I know I’m in good hands.

Dr Gibson and her office are so amazing!!! They’ve helped with my pain so much and she listens to everything you have to say and takes in all your considerations. I’ve never felt rushed, I’ve never had a bad phone call with the office and everyone is so quick and attentive to help. Thank you for Gibson!
